國中小教師退休後再創業動機與創業類型之研究-以彰化地區為例

摘要

本研究係以彰化地區國中小教師為研究對象，進行國中小教師退休後再創業動機與創業類型之研究。旨在探討彰化地區國中小教師創業動機與創
業類型之間的關係，提供國中小教師及教育行政機關之參考。
研究之進行，經由相關文獻探討的結果，採問卷調查法進行之。所使用的研究工具為「國中小教師退休後再創業動機與創業類型調查問卷」，共
發放300 份問卷，回收有效問卷180 份進行分析。統計分析之方法為描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關。
本研究的結論如下：
一、彰化地區國中小教師之創業動機傾向屬良好程度。其中以「自由動機」層面的覺知程度最高，「地位動機」層面最低。
二、彰化地區國中小教師之創業類型屬良好程度。其中以「創新型創業」層面的覺知程度最高，「革命型創業」層面最低。
三、彰化地區國中小教師之創業動機與創業類型具有顯著正相關。
根據以上研究結論，本研究提出以下建議：
一、對國中小教師的建議：
（一）鼓勵參加各項創業相關課程，增加相關技能及知識。
（二）培養理財知識，進行財富規劃，並增進風險控管能力。
二、對教育行政機關的建議
（一）利用各項在職進修、社會教育管道及與大專院校合作，開設創業及財富規劃相關課程。
（二）成立創業相關輔導單位，積極提供國中小教師退休後再創業相關輔導工作。
三、對未來研究的建議：
對研究對象及範圍、研究方法及研究工具，提出未來研究之參考。

The purpose of the study is trying to investigate the relationship
between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial type of
elementary and junior high school teachers after retirement in
Changhua,and to provide suggestions as a reference for elementary
and junior high school teachers and the education administration
institution.
This research is conducted with documents analysis and
questionnaires.The research tool is ”Quesionnaire of elementary and
junior high school teachers Entrepreneurial Motivation and
Entrepreneurial Type ”.There are 180 effective questionnaires which
involve descriptive statistics ,T-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson
Correlation.
The main conclusions as follows:
1. Elementary and junior high school teachers in Changhua have good
degree of entrepreneurial motivation, in which the “freedom
motivation” is rated the highest and “status motivation” is
the lowest.
2. Elementary and junior high school teachers in Changhua have good
degree of entrepreneurial type, in which the “stable type”is
rated the highest and “revolution typr” is the lowest.
3. There is a significant positive correlation between
entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial type of
elementary and junior high school teachers.
According to above conclusions,we have some suggestions to the
elementary and junior high school teachers,educational
administration institution ,and future research.
