本研究利用丙二腈衍生物與α、β-不飽和醛類藉由不對稱有機催化試劑進行Michael 反應,接著再與吲哚化合物利用布朗斯特酸的催化下進行分子內的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反應,在一鍋化的策略下,可合成具有七員環骨架的環庚并[b]吲哚衍生物,且具有高鏡像選擇性及很好的產率,也利用X-ray單晶繞射分析決定出其絕對立體組態。
A highly efficient diastereoselective and enantioselective one-pot multicomponent multistep asymmetric synthesis of cyclohepta[b]indoles was developed. By using the commercially available secondary amine and the Brønsted acid as the catalysts under mild reaction conditions, an efficient construction of the seven-membered carbocycles was achieved.
