探討長期照護資訊系統的績效評估與持續使用意圖

摘要


近年來台灣地區面臨生育率下降與人口結構改變,以及老年人口所佔總人口的比例大幅提升狀況下,造成老年人口在長期照護的需求日漸增加。然而,經由相關的文獻探討可得知,長期照護機構的資訊化作業並不普遍,不過長期照護機構人員與環境設施的組成仍屬於醫療相關之場所,但反觀國內醫療院所的資訊化而言,大部分的醫療院所都有建立相關的資訊系統來協助醫院人員進行作業,且其普及率亦已相當普遍,因此本研究欲了解長期照護機構中,已曾使用過長期照護資訊系統的機構,探討其績效與持續使用意圖,並期望本研究之結果能給予醫療照護產業界有實質的效益幫助。 本研究以任務科技適配模式、系統滿意度、持續使用意圖等理論,建構本研究之研究模式。研究結果發現,長期照護機構人員在使用長期照護資訊系統時,系統能否真正的符合使用者的工作業務需求,包括了系統的品質、資料取用方便性、即時性、易用性以及系統與使用者關係等,都是會影響系統的使用績效、滿意度的重要因素,而系統的使用績效與滿意度則是更進一步影響機構人員持續使用該系統的評估因素。

In recent years, the Taiwan region is facing the decrease of fertility rate and the change of demographic. The elderly population of total populations had been increased significantly. This phenomenon also caused the demand in long-term care. However, through the relevant literature can be learned. The long-term care Institutions of information technology are not common. But the facilities and the environment of the long-term care Institution’s compositions are still a medical-related place. In contrast to the domestic medical institutions’ information technology, most of these hospitals had already set up relevant information systems to assist hospital staff work and this phenomenon had been very common. Therefore, this study wants to understand the long-term care institutions, which had been used long-term care information systems to investigate the performance and continued to use intentions. And expect the result of this study could give the health care industry some substantial benefits. This study used the task-technology fit theory, system satisfaction theory, continue to use theory and information system successful theory to construct the research model. The results showed that long-term care institution in the use of long-term care information system. The system could or not could real meet the business needs of the user's work, including the quality of the system, data access convenience, immediacy, ease of use and system user relations, etc., are very important. Those factors will affect the system use’ performance and satisfaction, and the use of the system performance and satisfaction are further affected the institution’s staff continue to use the system or not. And these factors are also important components of the assessment factors.
