兒童受虐與校園霸凌一直是備受關注的議題,研究的範疇大多以一般少年為對象,然近年來少年犯罪的情況逐年增加,本研究因此以犯罪少年為研究對象,採回溯的方式了解犯罪少年未入機構前其家庭和學校生活之經驗,探討不同類型之犯罪少年是否在兒童受虐或霸凌經驗中有差異性,並瞭解犯罪少年在兒童受虐或霸凌經驗的情況,進一步檢視犯罪少年其兒童受虐與霸凌經驗間的相關性與預測性。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以立意抽樣法,至法務部矯正署彰化少年輔育院調查院內收容之犯罪少年,回收329份問卷,其中有效問卷為308份。根據研究結果發現犯罪少年的家庭結構以單親家庭最多,犯罪類型則以毒品犯為主,大部分的少年都是初次被收容。在遭受兒童虐待經驗的情形並不嚴重,但以家人言語攻擊為主要的類型,施虐者以父親為最多,同時女性比男性顯著的易遭受兒童虐待;而霸凌經驗的部分,不論是霸凌加害或是被害的經驗都不明顯,但霸凌加害的情況比被害情況略多;類型皆以言語霸凌為主;男性多為加害者,傾向用言語和肢體的霸凌;女性則被害經驗較多,以網路和關係霸凌為主。最後兒童受虐經驗確實和霸凌加害與被害經驗有關聯性;兒童虐待經驗也可以預測霸凌加害或被害經驗。 根據研究結果之發現提出幾點建議:(1)應重視兒童虐待的高危險族群;(2)強化家庭功能且提供父母良好的親職教育;(3)避免標籤效應並強化青少年對霸凌的瞭解;(4)就性別與不同霸凌類型研擬個別化處遇模式;(5)預防兒童受虐和霸凌行為的發生。希冀能提供兒童與少年健全自我成長的環境,有效避免兒童或少年犯罪的發生。
Child abuse and bullying has been a important issue, and mostly study are targeted to the general juvenile. In recent years, juvenile delinquency increased. The study chose juvenile crime whom try to understand retrospectively their childhood and school life. To investigate whether different types of juvenile crime have differences in child abuse or bullying experiences, and confer between child abuse and bullying experiences relevance and predictability. According to the study results found that juvenile crime family structure to single-parent families, and most types of crime was drug offenders, and most of are the first to be accommodated. Juvenile crime wasn’t suffering serious child abuse, and the main type was verbal, the main abuser was father. Girls had more suffered child abuse than boys. In the bullying experience, juvenile crime often use verbal, but girls like to use Cyberbullying and Bullying of relationship. Finally, the experience of child abuse and bullying experience indeed have relevance. Child abuse predict bullying experience. The study brings about som suggestions: (a) attention to groups at high risk of child abuse、(b) strengthen family functioning and provide good parenting parents、(c) avoid labeling effect and strengthen young people's understanding of bullying、(d) different types of bullying develop individual models、(e) prevent the occurrence of child abuse and bullying behavior. Hope to effectively prevent the occurrence of a child or juvenile delinquency.
