本研究旨在建構推廣教育人員專業指標之初探性研究。為達研究目的,首先依據文獻探討專業的概念、推廣教育人員專業化之探討與指標建構之相關研究,分析綜合、歸納而得知推廣教育人員專業指標之內涵,並據以發展為推廣教育人員初步專業指標概念架構。其次,透過德懷術專家小組之意見修正與檢視,建構出推廣教育人員專業指標。最後提出具體建議,供推廣教育人員與推廣教育機構參考。 本研究採用德懷術為研究方法,經由13位專家學者三次德懷術問卷一件往返修正與檢視結果,完成指標建構之初探,根據研究發現,本研究歸納建議「推廣教育人員專業指標」一共分為三個向度指標、十二個層面指標與四十九個行為指標。
The main purpose of this study was to construct the Professional Indicators of Extension education Personnel. To achieve this purpose, first, literature review were adopted to the relative studies of competency, the professinal of Extension education Personnel, studies for indicator construction. According to the contents we developed the original conceptual framework of competency indicators. Second, indicators were developed after recommendations and reviews with the study team of Delphi technique. Last, recommendations were generalized to be the reference material of Extension education Personnel and the institution of extension education. Research method was Delphi technique with 13 experts to complete the indicators. According to the research discoveries, the conclusions were generalized as follows. Indicators developed include 3 dimensional indicators, 12 aspect indicators and 49 behavioral indicators.
