簡媜的社會關懷書寫研究

摘要

簡媜是台灣文壇上不容忽視的散文家，在大學時代嶄露頭角，曾獲國家文藝獎等重要獎項。自一九八五年出版了第一本散文集《水問》開始，簡媜隨著人生不同階段的開展，不同的閱歷帶給她多面向的人生體悟，為人妻，為人母，在家，出國等，在創作上持續不斷努力、超越自我，透過散文書寫來反映自己生命經驗。每一本書都在「計劃性寫作」下呈現不同主題，展現鮮明的風格。

筆者注意到，簡媜跨入九〇年代後，創作融入她所觀察到的社會脈動，顯露她對社會關懷之心，本文便以簡媜的散文書寫中的「社會關懷」為對象，分兒女教育與高齡父母進行研究，揭示個人反映的市井小民的生活百態、政治亂象、弱勢家庭的教育困境，高齡照護等問題，展現女性作家與社會的多重互動。

Jian Zhen is a prominent essayist in Taiwanese literary circle who made her debut in college after winning several prestigious national awards. After the publication of her first collection of essays Water in 1985, Jian has gone through several important stages of life with corresponding new experiences such as a wife, a mother, living abroad and returning back home, her writings reflect each of these stage with periodic breakthrough and efforts. Under the guise of "planned writing," each of her book demonstrates various theme and exhibits vivid style.

The author of this article notice that Jian's writings since the 90s show signs of her observation of social changes, and her concern about social problems. This article then takes advantage of this feature to examine the topic of "social care" from the view points of children education and elderly parents in Jian's writings, to reveal the daily lives of common people, the political chaos, education problems in disadvantaged families, and geriatric nursing as seen through an individual writer, and to show the interaction between female writer and the society at large.
