在知識經濟與終身學習的驅力下開啟了數位學習(e-Learning)的浪潮;透過網路進行教學則是近年來發展得最快速的數位學習方式。本研究以國立空中大學數位學習平台為研究主體;以新北學習指導中心的學生為問卷施測之對象;以瞭解空大數位學習平台使用情況與探討影響空大學生使用數位學習平台學習之行為意向為主要目的;並以「科技接受模式」(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)作為理論基本架構,結合相容性與電腦自我效能作為外部變數,探討對於使用者的內部信念(知覺有用性與知覺易用性)、使用態度與行為意向的影響。 本研究結果發現:空大學生對於數位學習平台之使用具有正向的態度,且使用頻率不低,但在「對自己電腦能力程度的認知」上之信心上略顯不足。平台功能的使用上以「上課」為主;其他曾用過的網路學習機制中以「學習如何學習」比率最高。在受測學生之個人差異中,「性別」、「年齡」與數位學習平台之「每週使用次數」會間接影響空大數位學習平台之使用意向。在研究構念中,相容性會正向影響知覺易用性與知覺有用性;電腦自我效能會正向影響知覺易用性;知覺易用性會正向影響知覺有用性;知覺易用性與知覺有用性會正向影響使用態度;知覺有用性會正向影響行為意向;使用態度會正向影響行為意向。 本研究建議:強化空大學生對使用數位學習平台之「知覺易用性」、「知覺有用性」、「相容性」與「電腦自我效能」等知覺、善加利用數位學習平台其他之功能,以輔助學生提升學習效果並且強化師生與同儕間之互動性以提升數位學習平台正向之使用態度與行為意向。
The e-Learning trend in our society has been started due to the current of knowledge economy and life-long study. The fastest development of e-Learning is through on-line teaching. The subject of the study is the digital e-Learning platform from National Open University and the questionnaires are administered by the students of New Taipei Learning Center for Study to understand how the digital e-Learning platform of National Open University affects students' behavioral intention of study. The theoretical framework of the study is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which combines Compatibility and Computer self-efficacy(CSE) as the external variable to explore the influences of users' internal faith (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use), attitude toward using and behavioral intention. The findings indicate that National Open University students have positive attitudes toward using the digital e-Learning platform, and with a high usage rate. However, students’ show lack of self-confidence in “The degree of self-recognition toward computer abilities". The basic function of e-Learning platform is “to attend a course”, and the highest rate in functional usage of digital e-Learning platform is "learning how-to-learn" among other exercises. Individual differences among the tested students, such as "gender", "age" and "the frequencies of using digital e-Learning platform each week", will indirectly affect the using intention toward the e-Learning platform. In research facet, the compatibility positively affects the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness; Computer self-efficacy positively affects perceived ease of use; Perceived ease of use positively affects the perceived usefulness; The perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness positively affects the attitude toward using; The perceived usefulness positively affects the behavioral Intention; The attitude toward using positively affects the behavioral Intention. Suggestions include to enhance National Open University students' study in the digital e-Learning platform for the "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", "compatibility" and "computer self-efficacy", to use the other functions of digital e-Learning platform to assist students increasing their study efficiency and to enhance teacher-student and peer interaction for increasing positive attitude toward using and their behavioral Intention.
