嘉義地區社區大學學員退休準備與其學習需求關係之研究-不同世代的觀點

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同世代成人退休準備與學習需求之關係。採問卷調查法,針對嘉義地區社區大學之學員進行調查,總計回收有效問卷750份。研究工具為研究者修訂之「不同世代成人退休準備與學習需求關係調查問卷」。調查所得結果分別採取描述性統計、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、t考驗及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析。本研究主要結果與發現如下: 一、不同世代成人在退休準備程度相當高,高齡世代在各層面準備較 佳,而「人力再運用」層面青年及中年世代準備程度積極且正向。 二、性別、教育程度、健康狀況和經濟來源個人背景變項的不同會影 響退休準備程度。 三、不同世代成人在學習的需求相當高,高齡世代在各層面有較多的 需求,而在「人力再運用」層面青年及中年世代有高度的需求。 四、性別、教育程度、健康狀況和經濟來源個人背景變項的不同會影 響學習的需求。 五、不同世代成人對退休準備的程度與學習的需求具有顯著相關 最後,依據研究結果,提出對政府部門、學習機構、不同世代學習者以及外來研究之具體建議,對於政府部門建議包括制定法律政策,成立專責退休準備推廣單位,針對不同背景的成人,採取合適的推廣方式為退休做準備。學習機構則應鼓勵講師採多元化的教學方法,以符合不同世代成人學習需求,建構完整的退休準備系統,且針對需求規劃學習方案。至於不同世代學習者則應瞭解學習需求以積極主動之態度,為退休生涯做準備,藉由已退休者經驗分享,並參與相關研習,以做好完善之退休生涯規劃。就研究區域、研究變項、研究方法及工具等方面提出討論,以供未來研究之參考。最後,就研究地區、研究取樣、研究方法及工具等方面提出討論,以供未來研究之參考。

This study examined the relationship between the retirement preparations and learning needs for the different generations. Surveys were conducted among members of community colleges of learning in Chiayi, with a total number of 750 valid questionnaires. The research tool for the following thesis is revised as “the retirement preparations and learning needs for the different generations survey.” Results were further analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, single factor ANOVA, t test and Pearson correlation statistical methods. Following are the major findings of this designated study: First, the retirement preparation level is certainly high among different generation. Elders have better perceptions in different domains. The young and middle-agers have a higher preparation level and positive attitudes in “manpower reuse”. Second, the variables affect retirement preparations for different generations and different backgrounds include gender, education level, health status and source of income. Third, the learning need level is certainly high among different generation. Elders have more requirements in different domains. The young and middle-agers have more demands in “manpower reuse”. Fourth, the variables affect learning needs for different generations and different backgrounds include gender, education level, health status and source of income. Fifth, the retirement preparation level for different generations and learning needs indicated significant and positive correlation. Based on above findings, we thereby proposed some suggestions for the government, learning institution, learner of different generations and foreign researcher. Government should make corresponding regulations and establish authorized institutes to be in charge. For adults from different backgrounds, they should recommend citizens retirement preparation and offer elders useful projects. To construct perfect retirement preparation systems, learning institutes should plan various projects and encourage lecturers to try different ways to assist adults with all kinds of learning need from different generations. Learners should understand their learning needs and prepare for retirements with positivity. Finally, through region analyses, variable analyses, research methods and research tools, we eager to offer possible advice to researchers for valuable future study.
