This research aims to use leading professional learning communities to develop the information literacy by curriculum implementation. Used qualitative research with ethnographic Intent and documentary research with eleven members in twelve weeks. The main finding of this research were shown as the following: 1.Teacher's thinking affect curriculum implementation. 2.Leader's attitude affect community growing. 3.Leading professional learning communities just as platform , affect Curriculum implementation not clearly. 4.Disciplinary status affect teacher's developing.
