本研究旨在探討嘉義市資深國小教師老化知識與老化準備之研究。為達研究目的,以國內外相關文獻理論為基礎,編修老化知識與老化準備量表,採用問卷調查法,針對嘉義市資深國小教師進行問卷調查,共計發出問卷413份,回收384 份,有效問卷368 份,有效問卷回收率為89%。經統計分析,進行歸納與探討,獲得以下五點結論: 一、嘉義市資深國小教師的老化知識程度屬於中上,以「生理老化」層面最高,「心理老化」層面最低。 二、嘉義市資深國小教師的老化準備程度屬於中上,以「經濟規劃」層面最高,「居住方面」層面準備最低。 三、在老化知識整體與各層面中,分別以「性別」對「社會老化」分層面有影響,男性的社會老化知識比女性佳;以及「健康狀況」對「生理老化」有影響, 健康狀況普通者在「生理老化」分層面的老化知識比健康狀況很好者佳。 四、男性教師、服務年資較久、有參加過老化相關研習和健康狀況很好者的嘉義市資深國小教師,其老化準備情況較佳。 五、嘉義市資深國小教師的老化知識與老化準備無關。 最後根據以上結論提出建議,以作為教育行政機關、教師及未來研究者參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore aging knowledge and aging preparation of the senior elementary school teachers in Chiayi City. To achieve the purpose, we analyze relevant literature as the basis of the aging knowledge and aging preparation questionnaire. Questionnaire was the tool for date collection. Each of the 413 subjects was given a questionnaire to fill out. A total of 384 questionnaire were returned. Out of those, 89% was valid (368 out of 413). Statistical analysis yielded the following five results: 1.The degree of aging knowledge of senior teachers appear middle-up level, with the highest “physical aging aspect” and the lowest “mental aging aspect”. 2.The degree of aging preparationthe of senior teachers appear middle-up level, with the highest “financial planning aspect” and the lowest “resident aspect”. 3.Among all aspects of aging knowledge, “sex” influences “social aging”: male teachers have better social aging knowledge than female ones; and “health” influences “physical aging”: teachers with moderate health have better aging knowledge than the ones with good health. 4.Those teachers have better aging preparation:male, more senior, ever attending the related seminars about aging, and healthy. 5.There is no correlation between aging knowledge and aging preparation of the senior teachers. According to the findings, some suggestions were provided for government authorities, teachers and the future researchers
