摘 要 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國小主任之角色知覺與行政效能之現況,並比較不同背景變項之國小主任在角色知覺、行政效能的差異,以及分析瞭解角色知覺與行政效能之間的相關及預測情形。 本研究以嘉義縣國小主任為對象進行問卷調查。研究工具為自編之「嘉義縣國小主任角色知覺與行政效能之研究問卷」。共發出202 份問卷(扣除預試發放份數100份),回收有效問卷157 份。所得資料以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關進行分析,研究結果如下: 一、 整體而言,國小主任對理想角色的八種類型皆達到「大部分同意」程度以上;在實際角色方面為「大部分實踐」的程度。 二、 國小主任對其理想角色與實際角色情形整體與各類型之評定皆達顯著差異。 三、 國小主任對行政效能各項評定為「大部分同意」程度以上。 四、 在「現任職務」、「主任資格」背景變項上,國小主任之角色知覺有顯著差異。 五、 在「現任職務」、「主任資格」、「學校規模」背景變項上,國小主任之行政效能有顯著差異。 六、 國小主任之角色知覺與行政效能呈現顯著正相關,各角色類型與行政效能之「領導表現」向度相關較高。 七、 國小主任之角色知覺在行政效能為均有正向顯著影響及具預測力,以「協調者」與「監督者」角色類型較高。 根據以上研究結果提出建議,提供教育行政主管機關、國小主任以及未來研究,作為參考。 關鍵詞:國小主任、角色知覺、行政效能
Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the current situation of role perception and administrative efficiency among administrators in Chiayi County elementary schools. It will also compare the role perception and administrative efficiency according to background varialbes and analyze the relationship between role perception and administrative efficiency. This study focus on administrators in Chiayi County elementary schools . The research tools include a self-composed questionnaire entitled “ Role Perception and Administrative Efficiency of Chiayi County Elementary School Administrators”. A total of 202 questionnaires were sent (not including the 100 trial questionnaires) and 157 responses were received. Analysis was conducted in terms of descriptive statistics, independent t test, one-factor ANOVA model, and the Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows: 1. Overall, elementary school administrators all reached the “generally agree” level or higher in terms of the eight types of ideal role models. 2. Elementary school administrators found a difference between their ideal roles and actual roles in overall and individual terms. 3. Elementary school administrators reached a “generally agree” level in terms of individual administrative efficiency. 4. Significant differences appear among elementary school administrators for perceptual roles in terms of background variables for “current post” and “administrative qualifications.” 5. Significant differences appear among elementary school administrators for administrative efficiency in terms of background variables for “current post,” “administrative qualifications,” and “school scope.” 6. A positive correlation exists between role perception and administrative efficiency for elementary school administrators, the dimension of “leadership manifestation” for each role type being relatively high. 7. The role perception of elementary school administrators demonstrates a positive dimension in terms of influence and forecasting, the role types of “coordinator” and “supervisor” being higher. The suggestions presented by the results of the study can serve as a reference for educational administration managers, elementary school administrators, and future research.
