焦桐及其飲食散文之研究──以2009-2013年的五本散文著作為觀察主軸

摘要


飲食一道,維繫生存所需,並提供心靈的饗宴,是生命中不可或缺的要件。焦桐(1956-),自從出版《完全壯陽食譜》後,便將創作焦點移往飲食方面,撰述、編輯並出版飲食相關的書籍及雜誌,從而獲致相當的成果。本篇論文以焦桐的飲食散文為研究對象,欲經由其飲食散文的論述,探究其精神思想以及呈現的飲食文化內涵。 焦桐的飲食散文,流露出個人對生命的思索、對親友的珍惜,對社會的關懷,我們可透過他對食物率直詼諧的賞評,了解到焦桐的人生故事與特殊情感,體悟美食與人生經歷的連結。而致力於推展飲食文學及文化的焦桐,也深自期許藉由文字的力量,達到個人訴求美食的理想,從而影響、乃至改變社會品味文化。他帶著詩人浪漫的氣息,巧妙的運用各種修辭手法,使得美食彷彿躍動於讀者的眼前,誘人垂涎,促使讀者也追求舌尖上的美好滋味,也漸次達成焦桐欲提升飲食文化的目的。

The way of diet maintains the life resources, provides the feast of the mind, is the priority of life. Jiao-Tong(1956~) since published his “Erotic Recipes”, diet became his core, he started to write, edit, and publish books and magazines in relevant with diet. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the spiritual essence and culture elements of Jiao-Tong’s diet prose. Jiao-Tong’s diet prose illustrates the quest of life, show consideration to friends and relatives, and outline the concern of the society. We can understand the connection between food and life experience through his personal stories and special sensations in his humorous and blunt comments. Jiao-Tong devoted to dietary literature and diet culture, he also anticipate himself could reach the goal through writing, and have an effect on the society with the culture of taste. With poet’s romance, he use all kinds of rhetorics, make the food dancing in front of readers, and seduce readers to achieve the delicious taste, in order to reach the goal of enhance diet culture.
