嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群與教師專業成長之研究

摘要


本研究旨在了解嘉義市國民小學教師專業學習社群及教師專業成長的關係。研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究工具為「國民小學教師專業學習社群與教師專業成長之研究調查問卷」。研究對象為嘉義市280 位公立國民小學教師,實際回收有效問卷224 份,可用率為80%。調查所得資料以 SPSS 20.0 統計套裝軟體以描述性統計分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關及多元迴歸等方法進行資料統計分析。本研究主要發現如下: 一、嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群現況為「良好」程度。 二、嘉義市國小教師專業成長現況為「良好」程度。 三、嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群在「年齡」、「教育程度」、「學校規模」有顯著差異。 四、嘉義市國小教師專業成長在「年齡」、「教育程度」有顯著差異,唯在事後比較並無顯著差異。 五、嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群與教師專業成長呈現高度正相關。 六、嘉義市國小教師專業學習社群對教師專業成長具有預測力,其中以「關注學生學習」層面的預測力最佳。   根據研究結論,本研究對教育行政機關、學校行政、國民小學教師、未來研究提出多項建議。

The purposes of this research was to explore the relation between elementary school teacher professional learning community and teacher professional growth in Chiayi City. The research adopted questionnaire survey, and 280 teachers were sampled in Chiayi City elementary schools. 224 samples out of 280 were effective, which makes the valid response rate 80%.   The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson relation correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this research are listed as follows: 1.The current situation of elementary school teacher professional learning community  in Chiayi City is “good.” 2.The current situation of teacher professional growth of elementary schools in  Chiayi City is “good.” 3.There are significant differences in Elementary School teacher professional  learning community in terms of age, educational background and size of school. 4.There are significant differences in Elementary School teacher professional growth  in terms of age and educational background. However, it is not significant in  Scheffé's method. 5.The Elementary School teacher professional community and the Elementary School  teacher professional growth demonstrates a strong positive correlation. 6.The results of Elementary School teacher professional learning can be predicted by  the Elementary School teacher professional community, especially the level  of “caring for students’ learning.”   According to the research conclusion, this research provides various suggestions towards the education authority, the school administration, the elementary school teachers, and future researches.
