影響 中高齡男性參與學習意圖因素之研究─ 計畫行為理論之觀點

摘要


本研究旨在了解影響中高齡男性參與學習意圖之因素,藉以提升實務工作場域的男性學習參與率。本研究透過問卷調查的方式,針對45歲以上之中高齡男性,不論其是否曾參與過學習活動,皆為本研究之對象,透過紙本問卷與電子問卷並行的方式,以便利取樣的方式進行調查,紙本問卷共發放正式問卷270份,回收255份,電子問卷共取得81份資料,再將問卷調查的結果以描述性統計、t檢定、ANOVA、Pearson積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等方式進行,歸納研究結果如下: 一.中高齡男性對於參與學習會優先考量自身的「體力與健康狀況」及「課程內容」等因素。 二.年齡在60歲以上之中高齡男性,較容易受到外在因素影響其參與學習之意圖。 三.中高齡男性對學習態度抱持者肯定的評價,且曾參與過學習活動者,有較佳的學習參與意圖。 四.教育背景為研究所或大專(學)以上,健康狀況很好的中高齡男性,有較高的學習參與意圖。 五.年齡在50-54歲之間,教育背景為研究所或大專(學)以上之中高齡男性,評估參與學習可行性的認知感比較強。 六.中高齡男性的學習態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及參與學習意圖之間皆有顯著的關聯性。 七.學習態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制對於中高齡男性參與學習之意圖具有預測性,其中以學習態度的預測力最佳。

The aim of the study is to explor the factors that affect male elders ’ learning intentions in order to enhance the learning participation rate of male elders. The object of the study would focus on males who are at age 45 and above. No matter whether they have participated in adult learning or not, the data would be collected through questionnaires. There were 270 formal questionnaires handed out and 255 copies were returned. Besides, the questionnaire was also conducted through the Internet. As a result, there were 81 more copies returned from the I nternet. T he overall effective questionnaire would be 327 copies. And all the data were analyzed based on descriptive statistic, t - test, one - way ANOVA, Pearson proudect - moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. T he final results are as follows: 1. T he middle - aged male elders who would like to participate in learning consider “ health condition ” first, and followed by “ curriculum . ” 2. T he middle - aged male elders who aged above sixty have higher “ subjective norm. ” 3. T he middle - aged male elders who hold th e positive value towards the learning attitude and have participated in learning before have better intentions of learning participation. 4. T he middle - aged male elders with master or bachelor degrees and in excellent health conditions have higher intentions of learning participation. 5. T he middle - aged male elders have better perceived behavioral control. E specially, those who aged between fifty and fifty - four and with master or bachelor degrees. 6. T he m iddle - aged m ale elder ’ s performances in “ learning attitude, ” “ subject norm ,” “ perceived behavioral control, ” and “ the intentions of learning participation ” are significantly related. 7. The “ learning attitude, ” “ subject norm ,” and “ perceived behavioral control ” are capable of predicting the learning intentions of the middle - aged male elders, which the “ learning attitude ” has the highest predictive power.
