嘉義市社區大學自然農法課程服務學習成效之研究

摘要


本研究主要是探討嘉義市社區大學自然農法課程學員服務學習成效,研究個案是參與自主性社團的四位學員,針對學員進行質性的深度訪談研究,藉以能深入自然農法課程之經營,了解自主性社團的現況、困境、策略與未來發展。本研究的主要目的有: 一、探討嘉義市社區大學自然農法課程學員參與學習後之環境意識與學習成效。 二、探討嘉義市社區大學自然農法課程學員如何透過自主性社團將農作技能應用在社區服務上。 三、探討嘉義市社區大學自然農法課程學員自主性社團面臨的問題。 研究者採用質性研究法中的文件分析法與訪談法來蒐集資料,並採用歸屬分析法將訪談資料進行分析處理,再與文獻對話討論,最後歸納出六點研究結論。 一、自然農法課程以友善土地,實踐環境保護,推動環境教育。 二、農作課程秉持自然農法理念,在農作技能及環境意識有具體獲得。 三、透過自然農法課程激發環境意識,加入自主性社團服務社區。 四、自主性社團藉由弱勢關懷方式以達社區服務學習之學以致用。 五、願意持續參加社團社區服務,除了增長知識也肯定自我存在價值。 六、自主性社團永續發展同時需要人力、經費、社區資源三方面匯入。

This research is mainly about investigating the students’ service-learning effectiveness of Natural Farming Department in Chia-Yi Community University. To find out autonomous groups’ situation, difficulties, strategies, and development, we regards the four students attending the autonomous group as our case. Qualitative Research would be done in order to manage Natural Farming’s courses better. The main purposes are – 1. To discuss the students’ environmental consciousness and learning effectiveness after the courses. 2. To discuss how the students’ autonomous group of Natural Farming in Chia-Yi Community University can use farming skills in community services. 3. To discuss the problems the autonomous group have met. Our researchers use documentary analysis and interview method of Qualitative Research to collect information, and we also use attribution analysis to deal with the interview data. At last, we discuss all the information and the documents, then summarize six conclusions. 1. Natural Farming courses promote environmental education by being eco-friendly and carrying out environmental protection. 2. We guarantee that students would gain the farming skills and environmental consciousness by insisting our farming courses emphasize the concept of Natural Farming. 3. Inspired by the courses, students would attend autonomous groups to serve the community to carry out their environmental consciousness. 4. By caring for the disadvantaged, autonomous groups would serve the community to apply what they they’ve learned. 5. Students would be eager to attend community service, and it broadens their horizons, besides, they gain self-worth as well. 6. To develop autonomous groups, manpower, fund, and community sources are needed at the same time.
