摘要

隨著雲端運算技術的發展，各行各業紛紛的導入與應用雲端技術於資訊系統中。醫療相關產業也紛紛的應用雲端運算技術開發各式週邊產品與系統。例如行動化的個人生理紀錄系統、雲端藥局等。健保局的雲端藥歷、健康護照等等。但台灣醫療產業隨著健保實施後整個醫療大環境劇烈的改變，診所雖增加快速但其資訊系統卻還保留在20年前的技術架構。但因資料安全、作業系統更版問題，導致原資訊系統在往後將面臨系統不容問題。
本研究希望藉著ASP.NET MVC、WCF(Windows Communication Foundation)、Microsoft Azure與HTML 5.0等相關技術開發建構於雲端運算平台的新一代醫療資訊系統。探討相關技術的運用及診所對於雲端醫療資訊系統的接受度。同時探討診所對於架設於公有雲及混合雲兩種不同雲端運算的SaaS服務模式的可行性分析。做為資訊廠商發展下一世代醫療資訊系統的參考，提供診所一個便宜、便利的醫療資訊系統。

As the development of cloud computing technology , all works of life gradually apply cloud technologies to information system. All industries about medical treatment also use the technology of cloud computing to exploit a variety of peripheral products and systems. For instance, the mobility of personal physical record system, cloud pharmacy, National Health Insurance Bureau cloud medication history, healthy passport, and etc. However, the whole environment of medical industries in Taiwan change enormously as the implement of medical insurance. Although the clinics increase fast, the information system technology stay at the framework of technology which is twenty years ago. Information safety and the problem of updated operating system cause original information system to face the problem of system collisions in the future。
This study hopes to develop the new generation medical information system which is based on cloud computing platform with ASP. NET, MVC, WCF(Windows Communication Foundation ), Microsoft Azure, HTML 5.0, and etc. This makes discuss the use of related technologies and the acceptance of cloud medical information system. Besides, it also makes discuss the feasible analysis of erecting SaaS service model in public cloud and hybrid cloud at the same time. As a information manufacturer, developing the next generation reference of medical information system, to provides clinics with cheap and convenient medical information system。
