本篇論文主要在研究離子性高分子合金複合材料(Ionic Polymer Metal Composites,IPMC)於傳感器方面的製程與應用,在製程方面,論文中對於IPMC的黃光微影製程、元件電極的製程和新製程方法水熱法來改善IPMC之韌性的製程,做完整的介紹。在元件的感測應用方面,透過元件產生形變,觀察其電訊號的變化,並與週邊血管氣球導管(PTA Balloon)結合幫助血管攝影判斷阻塞情形做應用之延伸。
This paper is mainly an ionic polymer matrix composites (Ionic Polymer Metal Composites, IPMC) process and applied to the sensors in the study, in the process aspect, the paper for the photolithography process IPMC, the manufacturing process of the element electrodes and the new process method IPMC hydrothermal method to improve the toughness of the process, do a complete presentation.
