中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師資訊認知、學校資訊技能與資訊工作滿意度之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師的資訊認知、資訊技能、工作滿意度在學校教育運用之現況,並探討不同個人背景變項的資訊教師在資訊認知、資訊技能、工作滿意度上之差異情形,與資訊教師資訊認知對工作滿意度之影響,資訊教師資訊技能在學校教育運用對工作滿意度之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,本研究問卷調查對象是台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣之國民小學資訊教師,合計388人為本研究問卷調查之對象。本研究以自編之「國民小學資訊教師資訊認知與工作滿意度調查問卷」。問卷統計方式包括描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析以及迴歸分析。依據資料分析的結果,本研究主要研究發現歸納結論如下: 1.中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師整體資訊認知屬於中上程度,整體工作滿意度中等程度,整體資訊技能在學校教育運用屬於中上程度。 2.中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師的行政年資越長、或所任教的學校規模越大、或本身為資訊相關科系畢業則資訊認知越佳。 3.中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師的年齡越大、或擔任資訊負責人行政年資越長、或任教學校規模越大、或資訊相關科系畢業、或任教學校給予職務加則其資訊技能在學校教育運用情形也越佳。 4.中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師的年齡越大、或擔任資訊負責人行政年資越長、或學校規模等變項越大其工作滿意度也越高。 5.中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師資訊認知與工作滿意度之間呈現顯著正相關。 6.中部四縣市國民小學資訊教師資訊技能與工作滿意度之間呈現顯著正相關。

This study aims to realize the present condition of the information literacy and job satisfaction which the elementary school information technology teachers in central areas of Taiwan apply in school education; moreover, this study explores the information literacy and job satisfaction differences of information technology teachers in different personal background variables. Also, it is to realize the influences that information technology teachers’ information literacy for the job satisfaction, and the influences that the information technology teachers’ information technology skills in school education application for the job satisfaction. This study adopts the questionnaire survey. The respondents of this study are the elementary information technology teachers from Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County and Yunlin County, a total of 388 people. This study adopts the self-designed questionnaire “The Questionnaire of Elementary School Information Technology Teachers’ Information Literacy and Job Satisfaction.” The statistical methods of this questionnaire include Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample T Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Canonical Analysis and Regression Analysis. Results: 1.The elementary school information technology teachers’ information literary in whole is high-intermediate level. The job satisfaction in whole is mediate level. The information technology skill in school education application in whole is high-intermediate level. 2.The elementary school information technology teachers who have different personal background variables, including the administrative seniority of being the information charger, the school size, and graduate from information technology relevant majors all influence the information literacy. 3.The elementary school information technology teachers who have different personal background variables, including age, the administrative seniority of being the information charger, the school size, graduate from information technology relevant majors and job allowance all influence the information technology skill in school education application. 4.The elementary school information technology teachers who have different personal background variables, including age, the administrative seniority of being the information charger and the school size all influence the job satisfaction. 5.The information literacy, information technology skill in school education application and job satisfaction of the elementary school information technology teachers has positive correlation. 6.The information literacy of the elementary school information technology teachers for the job satisfaction has positive influence. 7.The information technology skill in school education application of the elementary school information technology teachers for the job satisfaction has positive influence.
