本研究旨在由規範倫理學的哲學辯證基礎來探討教師專業倫理認知與工作滿意度之相關,研究對象為竹苗區公立國民中學現職正式教師。本研究設計採混合方法,藉由質性的深度訪談結果奠基於量化問卷的設計,為量化的研究結果提供更強而有力的支撐,以提高研究結果的正確性。 本研究的發現如下: 一、教育現場中教師所遭遇的道德困境面向以「無私付出與公私分明之裁量」、「善意謊言與殘酷現 實之取捨」以及「行政業務與教學成效之平衡」等三種 情境最為常見;在工作滿意度衡量向度部分,則以「工作本身」、「薪資福利」、「人際關係」以及「工作環境」等四個因素最為關鍵。 二、竹苗區公立國民中學現職正式教師之專業倫理認知與工作滿意度現況皆屬於中等以上程度。 三、不同背景變項的竹苗區公立國民中學現職正式教師所認知的教師專業倫理以及所知覺的教師工作滿意度差異情形,皆為部分達顯著差異。 四、竹苗區公立國民中學現職正式教師的專業倫理認知與其工作滿意度之間有顯著正相關。 最後本研究依據研究結果,提供國民中學現職教師、國民中學學校、教育主管機關以及後續研究若干建議供參考,期望加強教師專業倫理認知與提升教師工作滿意度,並對未來相關研究有所助益。
To study the correlation between professional ethics and job satisfication on the basis of normative ethics argument, this study developed an research approach which combine both qualitative interview and quantative quationaire. Teachers' recognition on professional ethics were classified by three main approaces to normative ethics argument. Qualitive interview's results were analyzed along with quantitative statistics.The groups studied were current junior high school teachers in the Hsinchu and the Miaoli counties. The findings are summarized as below. 1.For professional ethics, the most common dilemmas are to choose between slefless devotion or being distinguished between public and private interests, to tell white lie or accept crude reality, and balance the loadings of administration and teaching. While, for job satisfication, the most significant factors are job content, salary and benefit, interpersonal relationship and job environment. 2.For junior high school teachers in this study, their professional ethics and job satisfication are both medium level. 3.For chosen teachers with different backgrounds, the difference among the factors of professional ethics and job satisfication are both significant. 4.There exists a positive correlation between professional ethics and job satisfication for junior high school’s teachers in Hsinchu and Miaoli. To sum up, this paper provides suggestions for junior high school teachers, education authority and other reserchers based on the studies. Hopefully, it can enhance teachers’ recognition on professional ethics and increase their job satisfication, and benefit future related researches.
