隨著台灣行動支付公司成立由財金公司、聯合信用卡處理中心及台灣票卷交換所共同合資,使用智慧型手機透過NFC(Near Field Communication)進行支付成為近年來行動支付發展之趨勢,進而影響電子商務及一般消費者支付使用行為與習慣的改變。本研究欲探討NFC行動支付影響使用意圖之因素,以期找出影響消費者採用的重要因素,提供相關參與者發展方向與建議。 本研究以科技接受理論為基礎架構,並加入社會影響、科技創新認知、感知安全、支付涉入變數,探討影響消費者使用NFC行動支付之因素。 本研究採用網路問卷調查法,研究對象為使用過行動支付的使用者,共蒐集176份有效問卷,並以SPSS與PLS 2.0分析軟體透過結構方程式模式驗證研究模式內變數之間的因果關係。研究結果顯示,其中社會影響及感知安全不會直接影響使用意圖之外,NFC行動支付之知覺有用性、知覺易用性、科技創新認知、支付涉入皆會正向影響使用意圖因素。
In recent years, with Taiwan mobile payment company set up by the Financial Information Service co, LTD. National Credit Card Center of R.O.C. and The Taiwan Clearing House of the joint venture. Use Smartphone to make payments via NFC (Near Field Communication) mobile payment development become a trend in recent years. Affect the payment of e-commerce and change consumer usage behavior and habits. To explore what factors can influence the use of the NFC mobile payment. The data was collected via internet survey and total 176 available samples had been received. This research was analyzed by Partial Least Squares (PLS) to validate the hypotheses. Statistics analysis result showed Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use and Personal Innovativeness in IT and Involvement have significant effect on the intention to use, but Social Influence and Perceived Security does not have significant effect on the intention to use.
