近年來,智慧型手機迅速普及,行動即時通訊軟體也隨之發展,成為大眾溝通的主要媒介。然而,現今行動即時通訊軟體也開始廣泛成為企業組織內的溝通媒介。其帶來快速有效的溝通,卻也越趨模糊工作與非工作時間的界線。不同於一般溝通用途,在組織內涉及到媒介的選用因素也會有所差異。因此,本研究將探討組織內使用行動即時通訊的因素,並深入探討其與工作-生活衝突間的關係。最後瞭解員工對於使用行動即時通訊的溝通滿意度。 本研究採用網路問卷調查法,共收集384份有效問卷。並採用SPSS和SmartPLS作為本研究之分析工具,以驗證結構方程模型變數間的因果關係。這項研究結果顯示:同事意見、主管支持、任務非例行性、行動即時通訊自我效能對組織內行動即時通訊使用行為有顯著影響; 組織內行動即時通訊使用行為對工作-生活衝突有部分影響,區隔文化對於工作-生活衝突有顯著影響;而組織行動即時通訊使用行為對溝通滿意皆有顯著的效果。
In recent years, accroding to the smartphone increasingly pervasive,and mobile instant messagings are being used by people as the primary tool for communication. However, not only for general social use , but also organization use of mobile instant messaging is becoming a mainstream for personal and organization communication in Taiwan. The purpose different from general communication , the factors influencing the organization employees’ use of mobile instant messaging to communication will also different. Therefore, this study will explore the factors influencing the organization employees’ use of mobile instant messaging and the relation between work-to-life conflict. Finally, we will realize that how is the communication satisfaction of the organization employees’ who use of mobile instant messaging . This study used online survey questionnaire and 384 valid respondents are received. Using SPSS and SmartPLS 2.0 as our analytical tools to verify causal relationship between variables through structural equation model. The result of this research indicated: Colleague opinion, supervisor support, task nonroutiness, mobile instant messaging self-efficacy and work-to-life conflict have significant effect on mobile instant messaging usage behavior in organization; Mobile instant messaging usage behavior in organization have part significant effect on work-to-life conflict, segmentation culture have significant effect on work-to-life conflict. Mobile instant messaging usage behavior in organization have significant effect on communication satisfaction.
