摘要

2015年大陸業者為規避反傾銷，雖削弱中國輪胎業者在美國的競爭力，對於台灣輪胎相關業者，長期來看，大陸小廠應該會被淘汰，台灣輪胎廠商有機會進一步擴展市佔率，但是值此時點，國際輪胎大廠積極拓展在美國設廠，加上政府參與區域經濟組織(TPP與RCEP)及簽署自由貿易協定(FTA)，排除貿易障礙的效果不佳，嚴重的影響輪胎的競爭力，台灣輪胎產業對於國際總體經濟惡化與貿易限制的應變機制與經營能力，確有探討與檢視的必要性，進而瞭解其經營體質，最後並針對實際狀況，提出策略與建議。
本研究針對國內大型輪胎廠商共五家，總資產、固定資產、營業成本為投入項；以營業收入作為產出項，運用資料包絡分析法（Data Envelopment Analysis，簡稱DEA），探討各廠商之營運效率。
本研究分析五家輪胎廠商整體生產效率、純技術效率、及規模報酬情形看來：總效率來看建大表現最優，其次效率表現次佳是正新、泰豐；南港、華豐為總效率相對落後族群；技術效率表現最佳則為華豐，其次效率表現次佳是正新、泰豐、建大；南港則為技術效率相對落後族群；在規模效率來看，表現最佳則為建大，其次效率表現次佳是正新、南港；泰豐，華豐則為規模效率相對落後族群。

In this study, the domestic large tire manufacturers a total of five, the total assets, fixed assets, operating costs for putting items; to revenue as output items, using data envelopment analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis, referred to as DEA), investigate various manufacturers of Operations effectiveness.
This study analyzed five tire manufacturers overall production efficiency, pure technical efficiency and returns to scale situations opinion: Great performance overall efficiency point of view to build the best, followed by the second best performance efficiency is a positive new Taifeng; South, Owen is the total efficiency relatively backward communities; technical efficiency Owen was the best performer, followed by the second best performance efficiency is a positive new Taifeng, Kenda; Nangang technical efficiency was relatively backward communities; in scale efficiency point of view, the best performer was Kenda , followed by the second best performance efficiency is a positive new South; Taifeng, Owen scale efficiency was relatively backward communities.
