以兒童發展論點探討兒童遊憩空間之規劃設計-以高雄市五福公園為例

摘要


台灣雖有法律、行政規則來制約兒童遊憩設施之設立,卻極少以兒童的遊戲、學習、發展概念作為兒童遊憩空間及設施規劃為導向,故引發研究動機,本研究以兒童發展論點,建立從兒童的遊戲、學習、發展概念為兒童遊憩空間及設施藍圖與指標。以非參與式結構性取樣深入五處兒童遊憩做案例分析,再以Cronbach’s α coefficients .96之「兒童發展與遊憩規劃」量表,於98年5月1日至31日調查222位學齡前兒童家長及幼兒教育家對於兒童遊憩設施使用的感受,最後進行高雄市五福公園兒童遊憩設施之規劃。在案例分析結果發現,兒童遊憩空間及設施需考量保護原有之自然資源或加入文化教材;量化研究發現兒童遊憩空間設計與兒童學習發展關係之同意度由高至低,依序為與身體活動性、管理、材質、感官發展、安全、與社會行為發展等因素。就目前的遊憩設施較能滿足兒童身體活動性,最不能滿足兒童社會行為之發展,另外兒童遊憩空間之緩衝範圍、遮蔭、促進觸覺、探索及溝通能力、同儕的互動等項目都明顯不足;本研究以這些指標進行高雄市五福公園規劃,建立真正以兒童發展為主之兒童遊憩場所。本研究結果有助於設計以遊戲、學習、發展概念之兒童遊憩設施建立藍本與指標。讓遊憩空間提供不只安全、又具幫助兒童遊戲學習發展,改善兒童遊憩空間及設施。

The theory of children’s game, learning and development is hardly considered by designer of children’s playgrounds, although there are laws and rules in Taiwan. For this reason, this research was based on the theory of children’s development in order to build the blueprint and indicator of children’s playground. According to the rule of non-participating constructive sample, five children’s playgrounds were chose to analyze. The quantitative approach was applied to investigate 222 parents and teachers’ perception of using the children’s playgrounds from May 1 to May 31, 2009. Cronbach’s α coefficient of scale of Children’s development and playing’ was .96. Then, Woofu Park would be designed according to above results. The results of case analysis showed that the facilities of children’s playground should maintain the natural environment or add more cultural equipments. The results of quantitative approach found the reason of designing children playground, decreasingly, for movement, management, equipment’s quality, growth, safety, socializing behavior. The modern children’s playgrounds could not fit their needs of development, buffer, shade, touch, exploration, communication, and interaction with peers. Theses factors would become indicators to plan the Kaohsiung Woofu Park, to really meet the needs of the development of the children. Hopefully, the results of this research are useful to build the blueprint of playgrounds with the theory of games, learning and growth. It not only makes playgrounds safer, it also helps the children’s growth and improves the equipment and area of the children’s playground.
