休旅車之整車動力學模擬與驗證測試

摘要


本研究採用電腦輔助工程分析(CAE)技術模擬SUV底盤懸吊系統之動力學分析,並透過實車測試量測底盤結構在不同路面與行駛條件下之加速度與應變,進一步驗證模擬分析之結果。首先量測整車與底盤零組件參數,包括:整車重心位置量測、底盤零組件重量、四輪負載、懸吊系統剛性。這些參數將分別輸入機構動態分析軟體RecurDyn,模擬車子在路面狀況下之運動。透過頻譜分析儀(SigLab)擷取汽車車體與連接車軸之底盤結構的響應訊號包括加速度與應變,測試包括:跳動(Bumping)、過彎(Cornering)與煞車(Braking),並且搭配不同車速來量測行駛在實際路況時路面波動或乘載數的不同對車輛懸吊系統結構的影響。量測的結果用來驗證分析模型的正確性及可靠性,也可作為車輛在日後設計上的參考依據。

This research presents a dynamic analysis and its validation test for a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) chassis system. A commercial code, RecurDyn, is used to establish the full vehicle model, including the front and rear suspensions, powertrain, body and ground with a bulge. The suspension parameters, i.e. spring constants, damping coefficients, bushing stiffness etc., are obtained from the component tests and then entered into RecurDyn. A static test is first conducted on the vehicle to validate the vehicle weight, wheel loads and center of gravity. Wheel alignment of the simulation model is also validated during the test. Dynamic analysis is performed to simulate the bumping, cornering and breaking of the full vehicle. Dynamic test is conducted on the vehicle to measure the accelerations and strain of the chassis system under the conditions of bumping, cornering and breaking. The experimental data is eventually used to validate the analysis results.
