摘要

台灣蝴蝶蘭產業尚未有以技術盤點角度、系統性的檢視產業之技術優劣勢。本研究以整體產業鏈觀點，選擇最具技術代表性的品種權與專利，進行我國蝴蝶蘭產業之技術盤點，本研究採取專利地圖分析法與敘述統計方法進行資料分析，以台灣智慧財產局專利資料庫及農委會植物品種權資料庫為檢索對象，檢索期間涵蓋2008年4月以前所有資料。分析結果，從品種權來看顯示：1.申請品種權的廠商有增加的現象。2.蝴蝶蘭品種研發與市場需求有趨同現象。3品種權維護意願高達9成。從專利資料來看顯示：1.專利主要集中在價值鏈的瓶苗階段與培養階段。2.發展最多的是環境調控技術與健康管理技術。3.主要研發者的是民間企業，而非專業蘭花業者。

In Taiwan, phalaenopsis industry doesn’t have been inventories of techniques. Thus, the purpose of the research tries to make some contributions for the industry. We base on industrial value chain analyzing the database of patents and Plant Variety Rights to explore the technological trajectories of industry of phalaenopsis in Taiwan. Thus, relying on the assistance of experts we analyzed 840 patents and 63 Plant Variety Rights before April 2008. The analyzed results of the Plant Variety Rights were shown as follows: 1. The applicants are more and more increasing. 2. The breed R&D of Phalaenopsis in Taiwan is much similar to the market requirement. 3. The maintenance intention of the Plant Variety Rights is about 90%. After the analysis of patents: 1.The patents of seedling propagation and cultivation are most crucial for present development in the Phalaenopsis industry in Taiwan. 2. The technologies of the control environment and the health management are most important. 3. The application of patents is led by private enterprises, are not the plant seed enterprises.
