在日漸多元化的社會中,無論是為人父母或師長,在面對新世代年輕學子,進行教育工作時所遭逢的挑戰已非往昔所能比擬。在有限的時間、體能、精力及財物等資源下,如何因應不同出生背景、成長環境及其所型塑出習性、觀念個異的受教對象,予以個別規劃其所適用的良善輔導管教策略,以達適性、適才的教育要求與目的,是當前所有教育工作者(父母及教師)應努力的課題。 本文嘗試以資料探勘的方式進行研究,對象設定為南部地區之高中學生,將教育所期望達成學習成就(學業表現、操行表現)二項目標訂定為決策屬性,並以問卷方式蒐集學生的個人特質、家庭環境及同儕關係等資料做為條件屬性,接著以基因演算法運算條件屬性與決策屬性彼此關聯的正確率,並歸納出條件屬性與決策屬性的相關規則,以瞭解學生學業成就與其個人特質、家庭環境及同儕關係等條件屬性的相關性,並提供學生家長及學校師長研擬教育策略之參考。
Whether parents or teachers are, in the increasingly diversifying society, confronted with challenges those in the past were incomparable with when teaching the young generations. It is the rigid challenge for all the educators, both parents and teachers, to design, within limited time, energy and resources, suitable and proper teaching strategies based on various personalities and thoughts of the students from different families and social backgrounds, in order to achieve the educational requirements and goals of personality-adaptation and talent-adaptation. The research is conducted based on data-analysis approach. The subjects are the senior high students in southern Taiwan. The two educational goals as academic performance and conduct performance are classified as decision properties. The students’ information like personalities, families and peer relationships collected on surveys are classified as condition properties. The correlation between the condition properties and decision properties are then generated by genetic algorithm. Finally, the correlation between the students’ academic achievements and such condition properties as their personalities, families and peer relationships, are analyzed to be taken as reference for parents and teachers on developing educational strategies.
