應用水理特性評估河川棲地-旗山溪流域個案

The application of hydraulic properties to evaluate the stream habitat - A case study on Chi-San River

摘要


高屏溪支流旗山溪河道蜿蜒曲折,坡陡流急,河床質以砂、礫石為主要成分,河幅受山勢及台地地形限制影響,寬窄呈不規則辮型。本研究以旗山溪上、中、下游為對象,利用HEC-RAS模式模擬計算豐、枯水期不同流量之下其可利用棲地面積。HEC-RAS模擬結果顯示,上游豐、枯水期面積為45.85平方公尺、173.11平方公尺;中游豐、枯水期面積為569.73平方公尺、1359.53平方公尺;下游豐、枯水期可利用棲地面積為672.81平方公尺、1801.57平方公尺。水質之各項因子評估,RPI值中其懸浮固體數值異常偏高,懸浮固體值與河川擾動有相當大之關連,水體混濁值數偏高,因當時河岸邊有工程進行並且有颱風來襲造成瞬間暴雨及豪大雨。

The Chi-San river course, a tributary of the Kao-Ping River, is sinuous and steep with a riverbed composed of gravel and sand. The river width is constrained by the topography of mountain and terrace, which appears with an irregular braid form. This study is focused on upstream, the middlestream, and downstream of the Chi-San River to simulate and calculate, by the mode of HEC-RAS, the available habitat area under the different flow in dry and rainy seasons separately. The simulated results of HEC-RAS show that the upstream habitat area in rainy and dry seasons is 45.85 M2 and 173.11M2; a the middlestream is 569.73 and 1359.53 M2; downstream is 672.81 and 1801.57 M2 respectively. Based on the assessment on various factors of water quality, quantitative value of the suspended solid amid the RPI values shows an abnormal value, the suspended solid value has a rather high correlation with the river perturbation, the water of which demonstrates a high turbid value that caused by typhoon torrential rain, instant rainstorm, and some constructions operation on its riverside.
