摘要

隨著網路技術的進步，企業越來越依靠資訊科技，內部的績效及資訊的管理和運作都成為企業非常重視之議題。本研究以高雄科學軟體園區的公司為研究對象，探討資訊技術治理對於企業績效、資訊整合程度和雲端導入意願的影響，以及各變數之間的關聯性。
本研究以問卷調查方式進行資料收集，並使用結構方程模式驗證研究假說。結果發現「資訊技術治理成熟度」對「資訊整合程度」、「企業績效」及「雲端服務導入意願」均有顯著影響，「資訊技術治理成熟度」並能透過「資訊整合程度」及「企業績效」間接影響「雲端服務導入意願」，整體模式對「雲端服務導入意願」的解釋量達59.8%。

With the advancing of Internet technology, companies are increasingly relying on information technology. Performance and information management have become important issues for business operation. In this study,companies in the Kaohsiung Software Technology Park were surveyed to explore the relationship among IT governance, business performance and the level of information integration, as well as their impact on the willingness of introducing cloud computing services to the company.
In this study, a questionnaire was used for data collection and Structured Equation Modeling was used to verify research hypothesis. The results showed that IT governance maturity had significant impact on the level of information integration, business performance and the willingness of introducing cloud computing services. IT governance maturity was also found to have indirect influence on the willingness of introducing cloud computing services via the level of IT integration and business performance. A total of 59.8% variation for willingness of intruding cloud computing services can be explained by the overall model.
