本研究以計劃行為理論為基礎,建構研究假設模型用以驗證態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制等構面預測高職生從事海勤工作意向。本研究除能了解工作行為模式因果關係外,更進而以人格認知型態及職業認知變項,分別探究於海勤工作意向上之差異情行。本研究以普查方式進行問卷調查,做為資料收集依據。研究對象乃是以高職海事及水產群應屆畢業學生為調查對象。研究結果顯示:(1)海勤工作意向的假設模型與結構模型具備有良好配適度;(2)經路徑分析發現,海勤工作態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制會正向的影響海勤工作意向,其中海勤工作態度較明顯;(3)職業認知與人格認知型態於海勤工作意向皆有顯著差異,於事後比較中,高職業認知學生與分析型學生之海勤工作意願較低職業認知學生與直覺型學生還高。
This study is based on the theory of planned behavior to construct hypothetical models for the validation of attitude, subjective normand perceived behavioral control used to predicted maritime employment intentions of vocational senior high school students. In addition to this study, it is to understand the causal relationship between the employment behavior and intention. We also examine the differences between on personalities and occupational cognition of marine working intentions. The research methodology is based on survey investigation. The respondents of senior vocational high school students in Taiwan will be collected. The collected data will be analyzed based on research objectives and hypotheses. The results of this study revealed: (1) The tentative and structure model of maritime working intentions demonstrate the goodness fit; (2) From path analysis, attitude, subject norm, and perceived behavior control will positive effect maritime working intention in which the most important factor is working attitude; (3) There are significant differences between occupational cognition,and personalities; and working intention in which the higher occupational cognition and personality students are better on maritime working intention.
