本研究旨在探討越南河內高職餐飲管理科學生專業能力與學習滿意度之相關。本研究採用問卷調查方式,以研究者自編之「越南河內市高職餐飲管理科學生專業能力與學習滿意度問卷」為研究工具,以河內市2011學年度工私立高職餐飲管理科學生為調查母群體,以學校地區為分層基準,採用抽樣方式之比率分配抽樣法抽取500名學生為樣本,回收問卷483份,有效問卷479份,有效問卷佔總發出問卷的95.80%,並以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關,以及Scheffe’法事後比較分析之強迫輸入法等。研究發現如下: 一、河內市高職餐飲管理科學生程度屬於中上程度,且會因不同的性別、餐飲的經驗、父親教與程度以及母親教與程度而有所差異。 二、河內市高職餐飲管理科學生學習滿意度感受程度屬於中上程度,且會因不同性別、餐飲的經驗、母親教育程度而有所差異。 三、河內市高職餐飲管理科學生專業能力與學習滿意度具有顯著正相關。
This research aims to examine the relationship between professional ability and learning satisfaction of students major in food & beverage management in vocational high schools in Ha Noi. The research is based on the questionnaire method, which was collected randomly from 500 students mentioned schools above. 479 of them were valid, which made a participation rate of 95.80%. The analysis procedures included describing statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson`s product-moment correlation. This research has come to the following conclusions: 1. Professional ability of students major in food & beverage management in vocational high schools was the least fair level. Moreover, there were some important factors that can have impact on students’ professional ability such as different genders, major experiences, and parents’ educational background. 2. Students’ satisfaction in major in food & beverage management in vocational high schools in Ha Noi was the least fair level. Additionally, there were some important factors that can influence students’ satisfaction such as different genders, major experiences, and only mother’s educational background. 3. There was positively relationship between professional ability and students’ satisfactionin major in food & beverage management in vocational high schools in Ha Noi.
