摘要


在過去的幾十年裡,精實生產已經被廣泛地應用於許多產業,但仍然有很大的機會可以與其他方法或工具結合,藉由降低浪費來提高生產績效。品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)是一種結合品質控制與品質保證的方法,將顧客的需求轉換成技術層面的回應。「精實」源自於豐田生產系統,精實的原則在於消除浪費。許多公司已經運用精實生產與QFD方法,但仍然無法達到零浪費或是無法完全反應顧客的需求並融入產品設計之中。 因此,本研究目的在依據精實生產的概念創造一個QFD模型,來降低製造過程中的浪費並反映顧客的意見。本文從早期的研究與文獻回顧談起,接著定義QFD和精實生產的概念與關係。為了提供關鍵議題,我們使用Pareto圖來選擇浪費的優先順序,並將其置入HOQ來建立一些技術性的解決方法,使其與技術性回應相互關聯。最後,本文會提供精實概念與QFD的連結,並修訂標準作業流程(standard operating procedure, SOP)。營運商的作業人員與幹部便可以基於新修訂的SOP來工作,改善浪費以及更進一步了解品質管理。

The aim of the paper is create a model quality function deployment (QFD) in lean manufacturing concept to reduce wastes in manufacturing process with reflecting the customer voices. Lean manufacturing is widely used in many industries in the last decades and it is still a big chance to collaborate with the other methods or tools to increase its performance by reducing wastes. Many companies have been applied lean and QFD methodology, but it still couldn’t achieve zero waste or couldn’t fully reflect customer requirement into product design. The paper is started with early survey and literature reviews to define the concept of relationship between QFD and Lean manufacturing. Pareto diagram is employed to select the priority of waste and put it in the HOQ to build some technical solutions thus correlate with technical responses in order to deliver key issues. Finally, the paper delivered linkage between lean concept and QFD will revise standard operating procedure (SOP). Thus operator can do the job based on new SOP revised to for improving waste management and for better understanding about quality management
