本研究係探討當新資訊系統導入時,個人工作變革、組織流程變革、輔導團隊能力不足、系統設計不良及同儕鼓勵等構面,對於系統導入變革抗拒心理的影響。從以往的文獻得知均呈顯著相關;惟本研究對象為威權式之軍事組織,過去鮮少針對此類對象進行探討。本研究假設前揭個人工作變革等5構面均對系統導入變革抗拒心理產生影響,再以問卷進行調查,並以部分最小平方法進行分析,結果顯示個人工作變革、輔導團隊能力不足、系統設計不良及同儕鼓勵等4構面對使用者變革抗拒心理之影響為顯著,僅組織流程變革構面不顯著;由此推判,在環境封閉且階級觀念嚴明之威權組織中,組織流程變革應不會對使用者變革抗拒心理造成影響。
This research aims to investigate the impact of individual, enterprise, assistant team, system and colleague’s encouragement on the employee’s resistance to organizational changes when implementing a new information system in an authoritative style organization. It showed that they were all related significantly from the previous research. However, few studies have been focused on military organizations in the past. Therefore, the object of this study is one of the military organizations of Ministry of National Defense. The hypothesis is that all the aforementioned five factors will affect the employee’s resistance to organizational changes. The questionnaires were administered in this study and were analyzed using the partial least squares method. The result showed the significant impact of individual, system and colleague’s encouragement, but presented no significant impact of the enterprise and assistant team on the employee’s resistance to organizational changes. Hence, it may infer that no signification impact of the enterprise and assistant team on the employee’s resistance to the organizational changes when implementing information system in the organizations or enterprises which are characterized by the closed environment and strict hierarchical notions.
