高職餐飲管理科學生參與業界專家協同教學之課程滿意度 與學習成效

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職餐飲管理科學生參與業界專家協同教學之課程滿意度與學習成效之相關研究。為達研究目的,本研究先蒐集與整理相關文獻,從而建立研究架構與問卷內容,再採用問卷調查法,蒐集資料並加以統計分析。 本研究問卷共分為三部分,包含基本資料、課程滿意度量表及學習成效量表,本研究以高屏區高職餐飲管理科參與業界專家協同教學課程學生為研究對象。本研究共回收473份問卷,有效回收率為94.6%。本研究採用描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,加以分析資料,並提出結論與建議。本研究的結果如下: 一、高職餐飲管理科學生參與業界專家協同教學之課程滿意度高。 二、高職餐飲管理科學生參與業界專家協同教學之學習成效普遍良好。 三、高職餐飲管理科學生參與業界專家協同教學之課程滿意度與學習成效會因工讀經驗之不同而有差異。 四、不同協同教學科目之高職餐飲管理科學生參加業界專家協同教學之課程滿意度與學習成效有顯著差異。 五、不同年級之高職餐飲管理科學生參加業界專家協同教學之課程滿意度與學習成效有顯著差異

This study aims to explore the course satisfaction and learning effectiveness on students’ participation in industry experts’ collaborative teaching in Hospitality Department of vocational schools. Based on the research purposes, this study first conducted literature review to establish research framework and design a questionnaire. Then questionnaire survey was conducted, and data were analyzed. The questionnaire includes 3 parts, including basic data, course satisfaction scale and learning effectiveness scale. The subjects were students who enrolled in the course of industry experts’ collaborative teaching in Hospitality Department of vocational schools in Kaohsiung and Pingtung area. A total of 473 questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 94.6%. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, multiple stepwise regression analysis. Based on the results, conclusions and suggestions are proposed. The findings are as follows: 1. The course satisfaction on students’ participation in industry experts’ collaborative teaching in Hospitality Department of vocational schools is good. 2. The learning effectiveness on students’ participation in industry experts’ collaborative teaching in Hospitality Department of vocational schools is good. 3. The course satisfaction and learning effectiveness on students’ participation in industry experts’ collaborative teaching in Hospitality Department of vocational schools differ with their different part-time work experience. 4. There are significant differences on the course satisfaction and learning effectiveness of students participating in different collaborative teaching subjects in Hospitality Department of vocational schools. 5. There are significant differences on the course satisfaction and learning effectiveness of students in differences grades in industry experts’ collaborative teaching in Hospitality Department of vocational schools.
