本研究的主要目的在於探討當定植板上放置不同顏色反射半球時,兩種不同萵苣在栽培系統下的生長狀況,實驗是在微型LED植物生長工廠內進行,透過放置反光物件於定植板上產生繞射光,然後觀察植株的生長狀況。在生長期間量測株高等生物材料性質,持續檢測植株內離子含量多寡,利用繪製生長曲線來比較有無放置反射物件的差異。嘗試改變栽培系統光環境,達到同一養液條件與消耗同樣能源的情況下有更好的植株生長效率,以Arduino控制板搭配LabView軟體來監視研究型植物生長機內的溫度、濕度、水溫、酸鹼度(pH)、電導度(EC)等環境因子的變化。
The aim of present study is to investigate the growth conditions of lettuces within a micro-plant factory equipped with six different colored-refection half-balls on the plating zones. The function of colored-half balls is to produce the diffused lights when the LED lights impacted on the ball’s surfaces. Some measures are approached such as the bio-materials of plants, the ionic concentration of K, Na, No3-, and the growth curves. Basically, this study implemented to find out the optimized light patterns that can help the lettuce growth system with maximum production but less energy usage. In addition, a wireless automatic monitoring system is developed to detect the variations of temperature, relative humidity of air environment, and the pH and EC values in the nutrition. The system is based on the Arduino module and Labview software.
