碳黑酸化對焙燒過程衍生戴奧辛類化合物之影響

Carbon Black Acidification Effects on The Dioxin-like Compounds Formation by Torrefaction

摘要


碳黑為輪胎熱裂解中固相產物,碳黑中的灰分較高,若使用酸化技術加以處理,提高碳黑中碳含量,則具有再利用之經濟價值,在後續加工上碳黑熱處理,亦可能造成戴奧辛類化合物吸附或衍生。本研究主要是探討,不同的處理溫度和反應時間對於碳黑酸化中戴奧辛類化合物的影響。以實驗室中培燒預熱處理反應系統進行實驗,實驗參數設定為模擬碳黑酸化培燒進行再加工處理時溫度500℃、700℃及反應時間1小時、2小時。未加工前碳黑酸化測得總PCDD/Fs濃度為45.8 pg/g、Dioxin - like PCBs濃度為61.7 pg/g,顯示碳黑酸化內已經存在戴奧辛類化合物。而在500℃反應時間為1小時和2小時參數下,碳黑經培燒在加工處理後氣相測得PCDD/Fs濃度分別為1.32 ng/m3、0.75 ng/m3,Dioxin - like PCBs濃度分別為0.16 ng/m3、18.90 ng/m3。殘餘相測得PCDD/Fs濃度分別為0.49 pg/g、0.75 pg/g,Dioxin - like PCBs濃度分別為0.15 pg/g、42.46 pg/g。在700℃反應時間為1小時和2小時參數下,碳黑經培燒在加工處理後氣相測得PCDD/Fs濃度分別為0.70 ng/m3、0.47 ng/m3,Dioxin - like PCBs濃度分別為0.17 ng/m3、0.28 ng/m3。殘餘相測得PCDD/Fs濃度分別為0.35 pg/g、1.03 pg/g,Dioxin - like PCBs濃度分別為35.06 pg/g、81.33 pg/g。結果顯示碳黑酸化Dioxin - like PCBs生成較為明顯,與文獻相比,碳黑酸化類戴奧辛生成小於碳黑未酸化。

Black carbon is pyrolysis waste-tire product residual phase. Black carbon has high ash content. If using technology to deal with acidification improve carbon content, it has an economic value of recycling.Thermal treatment of black carbon it may also cause Dioxin-like compounds adsorption or derivative.Using thermal treatment in a laboratory scale packed bed reaction system of carbon black acidification and the experiment was designed by two temperature(500,700℃) and two reaction time (1h, 2hr) to simulate the carbon black acidification was used as reprocess .The results show that thermal black without the reprocess, PCDD/Fs concentration of 45.8 pg/g, Dioxin - like PCBs concentration of 61.7 pg/g,containing a few of Dioxin-like compounds.The concentration in PCDD/Fs concentration of gas phase were 1.32 and 0.75 ng/m3, Dioxin - like PCBs concentration of 0.16 and 18.90 ng/m3 with reaction time 1hr and 2hrs in 500℃. PCDD/Fs concentration of residual phase between 0.49 and 0.75 pg/g , concentrations of Dioxin - like PCBs between 0.15 pg/g and 42.46 pg/g. The concentration in PCDD/Fs concentration of gas phase were 0.70 and 0.28 ng/m3 , Dioxin - like PCBs concentration of 0. 0.17 and 0.28 ng/m3 with reaction time 1hr and 2hrs in 700℃. PCDD/Fs concentration of residual phase between 0.35 pg/g and 1.03 pg/g , concentrations of Dioxin - like PCBs between 35.06 pg/g and 81.33 pg/g.The results show that increasing the temperature and reaction time can cause Dioxin - like PCBs compounds are derivative,and carbon black acidification Dioxin-like compounds generated less than carbon black without the acidification treatment.
