服裝相關學系學生工作價值觀就業意願與專業知能之探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討服裝相關學系學生工作價值觀、就業意願與專業知能之相關研究。以問卷調查法對全台灣服裝相關學系學生進行研究。本研究問卷包含基本資料、工作價值觀量表、就業意願量表及專業知能量表等四部份。共發出問卷480份,有效回收問卷480份。本研究採用描述性統計、t檢定,單因子變異數分析,積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等加以分析資料,並針對結果予以討論而獲得結論。主要研究結果如下: 一、服裝相關學系學生在工作價值觀上對「制度報酬」層面最重視,其次 為「人際互動」層面。 二、服裝相關學系學生對於未來從事相關行業具有中間偏高的就業意願。 三、服裝相關學系學生自覺擁有中間偏高的專業知能。 四、不同性別、不同年級、服裝相關證照及參與服裝類競賽之服裝相關學 系學生在工作價值觀上有部分顯著差異。 五、不同性別、不同年級、服裝相關工讀經驗、相關實習經驗、服裝相關 證照之服裝相關學系學生在專業知能上有部分顯著差異。 六、服裝相關學系學生工作價值觀之「制度報酬」與「休閒健康」及就業 意願對其專業知能具有顯著預測力。

This study aims to investigate the relationships among the work values, employment intention and professional competency among clothing-related department students. To gather data, this study utilized questionnaire surveys on clothing-related department students in Taiwan. The questionnaire included 4 parts, including personal backgrounds, work values scale, employment intention scale and professional competency scale. A total of 480 questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 100%. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t test, Pearson’s correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Based on the research results, the major conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.Regarding the work value, the students highlighted"reward system" the most, followed by "interpersonal relationsip. " 2.The students had the moderate level of employment intention of engaging in the related industry in the future. 3.The students had the moderate level of self-perceived professional competency. 4.The students highlighted different work values with their different genders, grades, number of relevant certificates of clothing and the experiences of participating in cloting competitions. 5.The students had different level of professional compentency with their different genders, grades, part-time job experiences, internship experiences and number of relevant certificates of clothing. 6.The students’ professional competency was significantly predicted by the "reward system" of work values, "leisure health" of work values and employment intention.
