屏東縣國民中學社團活動課程現況調查研究

摘要

本研究目的旨在瞭解屏東縣國民中學社團活動課程之規劃與實施現況。以屏東縣九十八學年度各國民中學社團活動課程的實際業務承辦人員為研究對象進行問卷調查及訪談。茲將本研究結果歸納如下：
一、實施規劃：屏東縣各國中實施非常普遍，三分之二以上的學校達六年以上，規劃管理多屬學務處訓育組長負責，並依訂定之年度計畫實施。
二、師資來源：多以校內具有專長的教師及外聘專業師資為主。
三、運作情形：多數學校以學年為單位規劃，表訂上課時間為一週一節，以七、八年級學生為對象，依分年級、打破班級的方式讓學生自由選擇社團，教學內容及進度都由授課教師負責，開課種類以師資來源及發展學校特色為依據，分為動態及靜態兩類，不少學校會結合在地文化發展成為學校特色社團。
四、評量方式：無量化成績，以動態表演及靜態展覽方式呈現上課成果，對表現優異之教師及學生獎勵措施很少，僅依獎懲辦法記功、嘉獎。實施成效考核人多為學務主任或訓育組長。
五、經費來源：除編列教師鐘點費外無其他預算，學生須自行負擔材料費。
六、實施成效：大多數承辦人認為有達到成效，校長、導師及家長的支持度頗高。學生及導師態度表示大部分滿意，家長因參與校務不多，所以沒有意見。
七、實施困境：以專業師資難尋；購買器材資金不足；升學壓力造成實施不易；外聘師資班級經營不佳及學生學習意願為主要困境。

This study aims to investigate extracurricular activities of Pingtung junior high schools. Four in-depth interviews and thirty-nine self-administrated questionnaire surveys were conducted in this study. Thirty-nine schools in total were investigated. The results were as follows.
(1) Twenty-six schools' extracurricular activities were executed and programmed by the staffs of the department of student affair.
(2) Instructors were recruited from either internal or external schools.
(3) Most activities were yearly programmed and they were implemented thorough one class a week during the semesters. Seventh and eighth grade students chose their interesting activities from various activities. Various activities included indoor and outdoor, which depended on the availability of instructors and the specialties of schools. Ten schools combined the activities with local cultures and these became one of school specialties.
(4) Rewards were insufficiently in the evaluations of activities either for instructors or for students.
(5) Most of the agreed that their extracurricular activities reached their school goals.
(6) Some challenges stopped the execution of extracurricular activities. These challenges included the difficulty of instructor recruitment, the insufficient budget, the stress of the general examination, the weak class management and the bed student attitude.
