在台日系企業人力招聘之研究

A Study on Manpower Recruitment of Japanese-Affiliated Companies in Taiwan

摘要


長久以來,無論在歷史、經濟及文化層面,日本對於台灣一直都有重要的影響。根據經濟部投審會歷年的統計資料顯示,日本是所有外商在台投資累積件數最多的國家。從人力需求面來看,日系企業為配合人才在地化政策,在台日商公司近年不斷招聘台灣籍員工及幹部;另一方面,台灣大專院校每年大量培育日文/應用日文相關人才,然而這些新鮮人應具備哪些職場所需的轉銜能力?換言之,人力供給面(即學校)實有必要針對日系企業在招聘人力時,對於新進員工應具備的文化認知、語言能力及專業技術等進行深入分析。本研究係以在台日商企業為調查對象,進行問卷普查並將所收集的資料,運用敘述性統計、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,探討不同產業別日商公司之企業現況與文化認知、招聘人力重視之基本條件與語言能力,以及對大專院校應用日文人才培育之建議。本研究所得結果將可提供有志進入日系企業求職者及大專校院培育日文/應用日文人才課程設計時的參考依據,使得畢業人力確實可為企業所用,減緩學生畢業即失業的困境。

For a long time, whether in historical, economic and cultural aspects, the Japanese have a major impact on Taiwan. Statistics of the Investment Commission, MOEA, showed that Japan is the largest number of cumulative projects among all the foreign investment in Taiwan. In recent years, Japanese-affiliated companies began to recruit a large number of Taiwanese employees and cadres in order to accommodate the policy of the local talent. On the other hand, there were numerous students graduating from colleges and universities in Taiwan. The schools have an obligation to teach students that they should have the cultural awareness, linguistic ability and professional requirements when they apply to enter the Japanese-affiliated companies. The present study investigated the organizational culture and focus on issues when recruiting staff of the Japanese-affiliated companies, as well as the recommendations of Japanese course design through questionnaires survey. Analysis methods included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t test, one way analysis of variance and so on. It is hoped that this research may provide the job seeker who wish to enter the Japanese companies with specific guidelines and suggestions.
