人造樹脂產業之廢水探討

Study on Wastewater from the Artificial Resins Industry

摘要


常見人造樹脂相關產品等,可應用於生活上種類繁多用品。在製造過程中,會有成分複雜、高化學需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)廢水產生。本論文探討研究人造樹脂產業之廢水處理,傳統化學混凝處理方式,雖可以將廢水中之濁度、TS、SS濃度等降至放流水標準以下,或生物處理方式降低廢水中COD,但卻都無法有效的將其COD去除至水污染防治法規放流水排放標準100 mg/L以下。本次研究結合物理、化學、生物及高級氧化處理方式處理,分為四大階段:(1)第一階段為廢水集中於調勻池混合均勻後成分組成分析;(2)第二階段為化學前處理(加壓浮除處理程序,DAF)去除廢水中之懸浮固體,去除效率最高達93.3%;(3)第三階段為生物處理(活性污泥法,ASP)處理,COD濃度降至平均326mg/L;(4)最後經第四階段高級氧化處理(AOPs , O3/H 2 O2),將其後端廢水COD值處理降至水污染防治法規排放標準以內(<100mg/L)。

Common synthetic resins need to be revised can be used in the manufacturing of life products. In the manufacturing process, there are complicate composition and high chemical oxygen demand (Chemical Oxygen Demand, COD) wastewaters. This thesis studied the wastewater treatment unit in synthetic resin industrials, although the traditional chemical coagulation treatment, can remove turbidity, TS, SS concentration to the emission standards. But it can not effectively remove COD to water pollution control effluent discharge standards 100 mg/L below even combined with biological treatment. The present research reported the real site of combines physics, chemistry biology and treatment of advanced oxidation, treatment, which can be divided into four stages:(1) the first phase focused on the equalization pool for the wastewater;(2) the second phase is chemical pre-treatment(flotation process) to remove the suspended solids in wastewater, removal efficiency up to 93.3%;(3) the third phase is biological treatment - activated sludge process (ASP) processing, COD concentration dropped to an average of 326 mg/L;(4) the fourth phase is advanced oxidation processes (AOPs, O3/H2O2), COD value of its back-end waste water treatment discharge standards fell within the Water Pollution Control Act (<100mg/L).
