休閒農業區輔導問題與需求類型及影響因素之研究

摘要

本研究依研究動機與目的，以全臺灣休閒農業區之主要幹部為受訪對象，研究休閒農業區輔導問題與需求類型及其影響因素。本研究問卷採用郵寄之方式進行調查，並使用SPSS12.0統計套裝軟體進行本研究假設之分析、檢定，而主要的統計分析方法為敘述性統計、信效度分析、變異數分析、t檢定、因素分析、集群分析及典型分析等方法。根據研究結果顯示，休閒農業區期望被輔導之輔導問題與需求在休閒農業區輔導師實際輔導項目有差異；休閒農業區期望被輔導之輔導方式在休閒農業區輔導師之輔導方式有差異；休閒農業區期望被輔導之輔導方法在休閒農業區輔導師之輔導方法有差異；休閒農業區之輔導問題與需求和輔導方式有顯著相關；休閒農業區之輔導問題與需求和輔導方法有顯著相關。休閒農業區之輔導方式和輔導方法有顯著相關。此外，建議在對休閒農業區進行輔導時，應針對農業資源特色展現、創意開發與整體行銷、人才培育與營運成效方面進行輔導，將有助於提高被輔導之休閒農業區滿意度間的認同程度。最後，本研究進一步針對研究結果提出休閒農業區輔導與管理意涵，並找出具體可行之建議讓輔導單位在對休閒農業區進行輔導時之參考，以協助休閒農業區之運作能永續發展。

In the study, according to the motive and objective, asking the major cadres of Leisure Agriculture Area in Taiwan about the relationship between counseling Issues, demand types and Influential factors processed evidence-based analysis. The questionnaires were send to the members in Leisure Agriculture Area, and using SPSS 12.0 statistical software package to analyze data. The major statistical methods Include descriptive statistic, validity and reliability analysis, analysis of variance, t tests, factor analysis, cluster analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The research results show that Leisure Agriculture Area about expected to be counseling and actually receiving were difference of counseling Issues and demand. In addition, when the teachers guiding on leisure agriculture areas, they should be directed showing the characteristics of agricultural resources, development of creativity and marketing, training talent and operational effectiveness. Based on the research findings the possible managerial and academic implications were proposed, the solid recommendations were made to the relevant government agencies and leisure farm managers such that they can use the information as a reference on their planning and execution.
