遊客休閒涉入、知覺品質、知覺價值與休閒效益關係之研究- 以林田山林業文化園區為例

摘要


本研究主要研究目的為:1.分析遊客對林田山轉型後之休閒涉入情形。2.分析遊客對林田山文化園區產生的知覺品質、知覺價值。3.最後分析遊客在林田山會產生的休閒效益。4.依據研究結果,提供給業管公部門建議。 經對花蓮林田山林業文化園區休閒旅遊的遊客為研究對象,以便利抽樣方式進行資料的收集,實證分析結果發現如下: 遊客對花蓮林田山林業文化園區休閒旅遊之休閒涉入、知覺品質、知覺價值及休閒效益間有顯著差異,在人口統計變數中遊客的年齡、教育程度、居住地、停留時間為導致差異主要原因。   經歸納實證結果產生的問題,具體建議業管公部門要點有:1.目標客群的選擇應擴及各年齡層,與時俱進更新軟硬體設施。2.針對不同客群的訴求,提供客製化的服務。3.補強遊客知覺品質認知的差距。   另外如何吸引年輕人投入林田山社區林業經營,落實經營策略,達永續發展目標,也是相當重要的議題,有待後續者繼續研究。

This purpose of this study was to (A) analyze tourists’ perceptions of leisure involvement after restructuring of Lin-Ten-Shan Forestry Cultural Park (B) analyze tourists’ perceived quality and perceived of Lin-Ten-Shan Forestry Cultural Park (C) analyze tourists’ recreational effects (D) provide public sectors’ suggestion for restructuring to the community forestry management planning. The subjects of this study were visitors who had been to Lin-Ten-Shan Forestry Cultural Park. Data were collected by using convenience sampling. The findings of the empirical analysis revealed that there were significant differences among leisure involvement, perceived quality, perceived value and the recreational effect. Tourists’ ages, educational backgrounds, places of residences , time staying in Lin-Ten-Shan Forestry Cultural Park led to differences on demographic variable. Suggestions for public sectors were as follows: (1) Target customers should be extended to various age levels; in addition, to update hardware and software facilities. (2) To provide customized services according to different customers’ demands. (3) To bridge the gap of tourists’ perceived quality. Moreover, to attract young people work in Lin-Ten-Shan community forestry, as well as the implementation of business strategy to achieve the goal of sustainable developments, werevery important issues for the future study.
