2009年世界運動會場館設施對當地居民衝擊與效益認知之研究

A Study of Kaohsiung Local Residents' Cognition of the Impacts and Benefits of the 2009 World Games' Main Stadium

摘要


本研究主要目的瞭解高雄市民對世界運動會之衝擊認知與主體場館設施之效益認知與利益關係現況,並調查高雄市民的不同人口變項、不同利益關係對世界運動會主體場館設施之衝擊認知與效益認知差異以及探討利益關係、衝擊認知與效益認知三者之間的關係。本研究方法參考相關文獻與研究編製「運動賽會衝擊量表」與「主體場館設施效益認知量表」為工具,以高雄當地居民為對象,共發出620份問卷,回收有效問卷549份,所得資料經分析結果如下:(一)衝擊認知以經濟衝擊認知影響最大,效益認知以結構效益認知影響最大,利益關係感受以涉入程度為最高;(二)居民之基本背景屬性不同,其對經濟衝擊認知、環境衝擊認知、社會文化衝擊認知及效益認知有顯著差異;(三)不同利益關係程度對衝擊認知及效益認知有顯著差異;(四)主體場館設施的整體效益認知可由「經濟衝擊認知」、「涉入程度」、「社會文化衝擊認知」及「經濟依賴」來解釋,其中經濟衝擊認知之解釋量為最高,其次為涉入程度、社會文化衝擊認知,經濟依賴佔最低。本研究綜合結論:高雄當地居民認為世界運動會產生正面衝擊多於負面,對主體運動設施所發揮效益頗為認同,而居民的背景及生活型態會影響其衝擊認知,其中以運動頻率及居住距離之影響較為顯著,居民與2009年世界運動會及主體運動設施利益關係亦與其衝擊認知及效益認知有正向關係,利益關係越高者其衝擊認知及效益認知則越高,經濟衝擊認知對居民主體場館設施認知影響最大,顯示加強居民與2009年世界運動會主體運動設施的關係行銷與認識及積極宣傳世界運動會,有助於民眾對主體運動設施之效益認同。

The purpose of this study is to understand cognitive impacts of Kaohsiung’s local residents on World Games and cognitive benefits and the related benefits on main stadium. The study would explore different residents’ characteristics and interest relationships among cognition, impacts, and benefits on World Games main stadium. The study would explore the relationship among the financial interests, cognitive impacts, and cognitive benefits. Questionnaires were made based on 「Dimension scale of cognitive impacts on sport events」 and 「Dimension scale of cognitive benefits of main stadium」. Total of six hundred and twenty surveys were collected from Kaohsiung’s local residents and five hundred and forty-nine valid surveys were chosen. The results obtained via analysis were as follows:(1) The strongest cognitive impacts were economic impact, the strongest cognitive benefits were structure benefits and the strongest benefits related were involvement. (2) Different residents’ characteristics had significant influences on cognition of the economic impact, environment impacts, social and cultural impact and benefits. (3) Different levels of interest relationships had significant influences on cognitive impacts and benefits. (4) Cognition of the economic impact, involvement, cognition of the social and cultural impact and economic dependence would explain Main stadium’s cognitive benefits. The results indicated that more cognitive benefits belong to Cognition of the economic impact; the second large group belongs to the involvement and cognition of the social and cultural impact. In conclusions, Kaohsiung residents had more positive influence than negative impact of the World Games. Residents all agreed main stadium’s cognitive benefits. Residents’ characteristics and life style had influences on cognitive impacts. Residents, 2009 World Games and main stadium’s interest relationships were positively related to cognitive impacts and benefits. interest relationships who have more relation receive more cognitive impacts and benefits. The strongest cognitive impacts of main stadium were economic impact. The 2009 World Games should enhance the relationship marketing and advertisement.
