竹材聲學擴散板之聲音散射性能研究

摘要


近年來室內聲學特性逐漸受到重視,而室內建材表面散射程度之良窳 有助聲能量在空間分佈的一致性,因此正確的建構實體模型可準確預測 其聲學特性。此外,亦可更加瞭解散射特性對室內聲學環境之影響。本 研究依照ISO 17497-1 (2004)以1/2 縮尺模型於迴響室進行竹材之聲音散 射性能之試驗。利用竹材中空有節的特徵,分成竹筒型、竹管型以及竹 片型三種型式。再將其試材擬定二次餘數序列(Quadratic Residual Diffuser,QRD) 、有無隔板、排列及深度等不同變因進行試驗。結果顯示,竹筒型擴散板有較好之散射性能,於3.15k Hz時有0.71之散射值,加了隔板後達到0.84;而竹片型擴散板深度變化與散射係數成正比,深度5 cm之竹片型擴散板於1.6k Hz時有0.64之散射值;而竹管型擴散板為效果較差之結構。隔板與竹筒之最大高度差增加,於高頻帶有顯著提升散射性能以及可提供較寬之有效頻帶範圍。結果顯示無論有無增加隔板或是維度變化, 其QRD竹節之竹筒型擴散板散射性能皆優於中空竹管。將竹管型與竹片 型擴散板進行吸音量(αw)之試驗,得到QRD竹節之竹管擴散板以及凹 凸排列之竹片型擴散板有最大吸音量。因此此兩組為本研究開發出具有 散射、吸音性能以及又具有綠建材之環保型竹材聲學擴散板。將可作為 室內音響性能設計之參考依據。

In recent years there has been increasing importance on methods for characterizing the scattering from surfaces. The sound-scattering performance of interior decoration material is an important influential factor that dominates indoor sound design. Good sound-scattering performance helps the consistent spatial distribution of sound energy and improves sound quality. In addition,there has been an increased understanding of how important scattering can be to the quality of a room acoustic. In this study, we used the ISO 17497-1(2004) 1 / 2 scale model in a reverberation room to evaluate sound scattering properties of bamboo. Using features of cannular bamboo tube and bamboo nodulation of bamboo, we divided them into three types: bamboo tube type,bamboo pipe type and bamboo strip type. Moreover, the test material prepared of Quadratic Residual Diffuser (QRD), with or without flutter, arrangement, and various changes in the depth test. The results showed that bamboo tube type has the best scattering properties with a scattering value of 0.71at 3.15k Hz. In addition, depth variation of bamboo strip type and scattering coefficient are directly proportional; hence, scattering value of 0.64 was achieved at 1.6k Hz with the depth of 5 cm bamboo strip type. Of the three types, the bamboo pipe type is the worst for the structure. There were a significant increase of height with differential value in scattering coefficient of bamboo tube with flutter;moreover, it provide scattering performance at high frequency and a wide range of effective bandwidth. The results showed that the bamboo tube type scattering properties are enhance by the QRD and nodulation diffusers better than the hollow bamboo pipe diffusers with or without flutter or dimensions variation. Measurement of sound absorption date αw with the bamboo tube type and bamboostrip-type diffusers, get maximum absorption date with bambootube-type of QRD nodulation diffusers and bamboo strip type of concave and convex cambered surface with alternate arranged. Therefore, this study developed with a certain degree of scattering, absorption performance and green materials to environmentally friendly of bamboo acoustics diffuser. The results can be used as interior design reference for audio performance.
