摘要


本研究結合拉式生產系統(Pull)與安全存量規劃來建立最佳人力配置需求,以改善存貨、提高品質、以及降低成本,以達到顧客整體滿意之要求。拉式生產,其特點是創造出低成本高品質與富有彈性的生產系統。其目的在以最低的存貨成本滿足顧客對產品的需求,而存貨決策乃是在決定每次訂購或生產貨品的數量及時間。 生產人力對製造業的廠商而言,佔了人事成本中極重的比例,因此本研究在論及拉式製造系統時,除了改善生產效率與構築安全存量水準外,更會涉及生產人力的最佳配置運用。將「拉式製造系統」之觀念、工具與手法結合安全存量規劃架構以設計出「生產人力需求(最佳化)與配置系統」,藉以建立日常人力雇用標準程序,提昇企業生產效率及人力資本維持,也能加以確保產銷營運之團隊績效。 最後,以個案公司來說明本研究結合「拉式製造系統與安全存量」,導引出公司在雇用人力之可能產生的變化,驗證本研究所建構之新管理模式可以有效分析並建構出最適人力配置來並提昇整體企業經營績效。

This study integrates a pull-production system and safety-stock planning to build staffing requirements, improve inventory level, quality and reduce costs to achieve total customer satisfaction. The pull-production system is characterized by creating low-cost, high-quality and flexibility. It pursues the lowest cost product inventory to meet customer demand, while inventory decision-making pursues the optimal production amount and timing. The cost of direct manufacturing labor for firms as the proportion of overall cost is extremely heavy, so improving productivity, establishing the optimal safety-stock level and labor requirement planning must be integrated. The concepts, tools and techniques of the pull-production system are combined with the safety-stock mechanism to develop the optimal labor requirement planning and disposal systems to set-up standard procedures for routine labor hiring to enhance production efficiency and maintain the desired direct labor cost level. to the proposed approach ensures high sales and production management team performance. Finally, pull-production and safety-stock system integration will creates changes in procedures and optimal labor planning performance to promote management and business effectiveness verified and proven in this study using a case-study company.
