南部地區小型國民中學兼任行政工作教師之微觀政治素養分析

摘要


本研究旨在探討南部地區小型國民中學兼任行政工作教師之微觀政治素養分析,採質性研究法,以南部地區六位小型國民中學兼任行政工作教師為研究對象,針對主題進行深度訪談,經由對資料的分析與討論,以提出結論與建議。本研究的研究結果如下: 一、物質利益-為有更充裕的備課及行政工作時間,多數選擇犠牲午休及空檔時間完成備課及行政工作,卻不滿且默默接受此現況。 二、組織利益-兼任行政工作教師多數接受身兼數職的行政組織工作,並自我調適,但十分挫折與焦慮。 三、文化意識形態-以保護自己為主,故面對負面文化多數採默默順應,但實感無奈。 四、社交利益-兼任行政工作教師與學校同仁維持表面和諧關係。 五、自我利益-設定自我為「具有專業行政知能且能處理行政業務之兼任行政工作教師」且追求行政專業知能完備發展。 六、整體之微觀政治素養-「默默接受」的順應策略且「看清職場上的醜態」才是職場生存之道。 依據研究發現,並提出對各縣市政府教育單位、兼任行政工作教師以及未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the micropolitical literacy of the administrative teachers of small-size schools in Southern Taiwan. The study used the qualitative research method to do deep interviews of the six administrative teachers of small-size schools in one county of Southern Taiwan. The research also provided conclusions and suggestions after data analysis and discussion. This result of the study was as follows: 1. Material benefits-For having more time to prepare lessons and dealing with the administrative affairs,most of administrative teachers dealing with those affairs during the lunch break and free time between classes. However, they were not satisfied but accepted this situation. 2. Organizational benefits-Most administrative teachers always had to teach and handle with the administrative works. They would like to accept the status quo, but they were frustrated and anxious. 3. Cultural-ideological interests-They would like to protect themselves, so most of them complied with the negative school cultures unwillingly. 4. Social-professional interests-The administrative teachers maintained the surface relationships with colleagues. 5. Self-interests-Those administrative teachers viewed them as ‘as an administrative teacher who can deal with administrative affairs well with professional administrative capability'. 6. The micro-political literacy-Those administrative teachers almost complied with status quo and understood that knowing well the negative situations of the workplace was the way to survive in the administrative work. According to the results, the study provided some suggestions for educational authorities , part-time administrative teachers and future research in Taiwan.
