休閒農業區之產業資源特性、社區基本投入條件影響居民對發展認知與態度之研究-以台東縣池上鄉萬安村居民為例

摘要

本研究依研究動機與目的，以池上鄉萬安村之居民為受訪對象，並以問卷調查方式與SPSS17.0 與AMOS18統計分析軟體及進行實證分析。本研究主旨在瞭解台東縣萬安村居民對於池上米鄉休閒農業區發展休閒遊憩之認知、產業資源特性、社區基本投入條件與居民對於池上米鄉休閒農業區發展之態度間的關聯性，並以結構方程模式驗證探討本研究各構面模式之適合性。
　　研究結果顯示，台東池上鄉萬安村之居民對於池上米鄉休閒農業區發展之認知、產業資源特性、社區基本投入條件、居民對於池上米鄉休閒農業區發展之態度模式，可以運用在居民對於休閒農業區發展之態度預測與解釋，且各構面之外顯變數同時具有直接影響效果。最後，本研究將依研究結果進一步提出具體可行之建議供台東縣池上米鄉休閒農業區內之業主及政府相關輔導單位參考。

The main purpose of this study is to better understand the correlation between the characteristics of industry resources, basic community input conditions, and residents’ consciousness and attitude toward the development of leisure farming areas.And used the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique to test each aspects of this study.Using the residents of Wan’an Village in TaiTung as respondents, this study employs a written survey and the functions of SPSS 12.0 and AMOS18 as research methods.
The research result show that the model construction for the characteristics of industry resources, basic community input conditions, and residents’ consciousness and attitude toward the development of leisure farming areas could be used to explain and predict,and the other model in the aspects of this study were variable both dirct and indirect effect, and can distinguish between the impact. Finally, our results allow us to make specific prescriptions regarding these 4 dimensions, offering government officials and managers of leisure farming areas references for strategies and development.
