高屏地區高職進修學校學生對技職教育再造方案之滿意情形

摘要


本研究旨在探討高屏地區高職進修學校學生對技職教育再造方案之滿意情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以高屏地區高職進修學校學生為研究母體,並採立意取樣與分層比例方式,共抽出324位學生。資料的分析與討論,則是運用單一樣本 t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法。本研究的重要結論如下: 一、學生在技職教育再造方案之整體、各面向、各題項的滿意情形,達到中上 滿意程度。 二、高雄市學生在技職教育再造方案之整體、各面向的滿意情形,均高於屏東 縣學生。 三、私立學校學生在技職教育再造方案之整體滿意情形,顯著優於公立 學校。在面向一「協助學生強化實務能力」、面向三「課程與教學」、 面向四「資源運用」、面向五「品質管制」,都是私立學校顯著優於 公立學校。 四、商科學生在技職教育再造方案之整體滿意情形,顯著優於工科。在面向一 「協助學生強化實務能力」的滿意程度,是餐飲科顯著優於工科。在面向 三「課程與教學」是商科、餐飲科顯著優於工科。在面向五「品質管制 」,是商科顯著優於工科。 五、不同年級學生在「技職教育再造方案」整體、各面向的滿意情形均達顯 著差異,且在面向一「協助學生強化實務能力」、面向三「課程與教學 」、面向四「資源運用」、面向五「品質管制」,二年級顯著優 於一、 三年級。在面向二「師資」滿意情形,是二、三年級顯著優 於一年級。 六、白天是否有工作學生在「技職教育再造方案」面向二「師資」達到顯著 差異,是白天無工作學生顯著優於白天有工作學生。 依據上述結論,本研究提出的建議如下:教育行政單位應協助公立高職進修學校更新設備、教育行政單位研擬產業外移因應策略時應考量高職進修學校學生的需求。高職進修學校應舉辦不同地區的交流活動、公立高職進修學校應重視實務專班教育的品質、提升工科職群實務教學、輔導一年級學生學習狀況。

This research aims at probing into the satisfactory situation of senior vocational high schools student toward “Rebuild scheme on Technical and Vocational Education”. A self-designed questionnaire was implemented for gathering statistical sampling data over 324 students in Kaohsiung and Pingtung area. T-test, one way analysis of variance and some other statistics methods are used in the analysis procedure. The findings of this research are as follows: 1.Students are above average satisfactory toward “ Rebuild Scheme on Technical and Vocational Education” in every section. 2.Students in Kaohsiung have higher level of satisfaction than students in Pingtung over all sessions. 3.Private school students absolutely superior to public school in whole subject. Private school students are more satisfactory in section 1 “supporting and improving practical skills”, section 3”curriculum and teaching”, section 4“Resource performance” and section 5”Quality Control” 4.Students majoring in commercial are more satisfied than students majoring in engineering in whole subject. hospitality students are more content than engineering students in section 1 、3.Commercial students have more satisfaction in section 3 、5. 5.Significant differences were found in different grades. Grade 2 students are more pleased in section 1、3、4、5. In section 2”Qualification of teacher”, students in grade 2 and 3 are more contented. 6.There is a remarkable variation in section 2 while it concern to students’ occupation. None-working students are more contented than students who have occupation. According to the results described above. Some suggestions were offered. The Education authority should support public senior vocational high schools for replacing new apparatus. When making the industry abroad strategy, the requirements of students must have to be concerned. Senior vocational high schools should holding more activities、 courses or meetings for exchanging education experiences form different districts. Public school must think highly of the quality in practical course education, upgrading engineering practical education, tutoring the studying of first grade students.
