東源湖濕地水生植物相及水質調查之研究

摘要


在生態關懷與環保意識與日俱增之際,民眾的認知已將自然、生態、保育、景觀等議題作為觀光旅遊的品質主軸,濕地的獨特性在陸棲或水生生態系統之間扮演群落交錯區的角色, 而以往談保育,都以單一生物為主,如鳥或魚等,很少將它們整合起來,從整個環境的角度著眼,濕地就像一個網路,讓這些問題都能溝通聯結,並且互相支援。濕地對生態的貢獻,近日為人瞭解且重視,因此濕地的保護及研究,並不是只侷限在自然生態的保育範疇,而是人類對自己生存環境的改善。本文探討屏東縣牡丹鄉東源村東源湖內的水生動物、水生植物與水質之影響。調查東源湖內的水生植物具淨化水質的能力,經由定期水質監測了解其變化情形。 經研究結果推估,樣區測點4量測期間溶氧濃度有測得高達8.91mg/L的溶氧量,而樣區測點6也測得8.71mg/L的溶氧濃度,水生植物分佈明顯皆為銳葉小返魂(Phyllanthus debilis Klen ex Willd.)的分佈最高,而樣區測點5在實驗期間所測得為最高平均值6.08 mg/L,水生植物分佈明顯為齒葉睡蓮(Nymphaea lotus),由於樣區測點4與樣區測點6皆有齒葉睡蓮(Nymphaea lotus)分佈,推估其銳葉小返魂(Phyllanthus debilis Klen ex Willd.)及齒葉睡蓮(Nymphaea lotus)在適當水溫中能提供或改善其溶氧量的情形。 關鍵字:濕地生態、水質監測、淨化能力

While the proliferation of ecological concerns and environmental awareness, citizen has already put nature, ecology, conservations, landscapes as their main theme of sightseeing. The uniqueness of wetland played an ecotones role of ecosystem between terrestrial and aquatic. In the past, the wetland has been only focused on one specific organism such as bird and fish when discussed about conservation, however, it has seldom been integrated them. From the angle of whole environment, the wetland likes a network because those problems can be connecting and supporting mutually. Recently, people not only realize but also keep their eyes on the contribution of wetland to ecology. Therefore, wetland protection and research were not only limited under the conservation of natural ecology, but also improved the living environment of human that they concerned. This study is to find the effect among aquatic animals, aquatic plants and water quality of Dongyuan, Pingtung. Investigated water purification ability of aquatic plants in Wetland through monitoring the water quality regularly is to understand the changes in circumstances. The results estimated that both sample measurement station 4 and sample measurement station 6 reached the high level of dissolved oxygen about 8.91 mg/L and 8.71 mg/L respectively during measuring dissolved oxygen concentration. Furthermore, Phyllanthus debilis Klen ex Willd. was highly distributed in both measurements of aquatic plant distribution. Moreover, the highest average value 6.08 mg/L was obtained in sample measurement station 5 during the experiment, and the highest aquatic distribution was Nymphaea lotus. Owing to sample measurement station 4 and 6 both have Nymphaea lotus, this study thus estimated that both Phyllanthus debilis Klen ex Willd. and Nymphaea lotus could provide or improve those dissolved oxygen content under appropriate water temperature.
