雙泵式人工心臟流場特性分析與設計

摘要


本研究以計算流體力學方法探討BiVACOR™公司生產之雙泵式人工心臟流場特性,數值方法以不可壓縮流COUPLE算則為主,搭配Realizable k-ε紊流模式。測試參數為2種模型各搭配3組入口流量及5組泵轉速。研究發現高轉速的磁浮葉輪配置低入口流量可產生較高之壓力差,低轉速的磁浮葉輪配置高入口流量則結果反之;另因入口流量與泵之轉速匹配性亦造成高剪應力區分佈不同,相關結果可供工程設計上參考。

In this study, CFD Method is applied to study the flow characteristic of a BiVACOR Artificial Heart. The incompressible flow COUPLE scheme with realizable k-ε turbulence model is using to investigate the impeller of the artificial heart at different speeds and with different inlet flow rate. The test parameters are the three sets of an inlet flow, and 5 sets pump speed. The results found the suspended impeller with high rpm and low inlet flow can produce higher pressure differential. On the other hand, the suspended impeller with low rpm and high inlet flow results contrary. Moreover, the match by the pump rpm and inlet flow also affect the high shear stress distribution.
