應用灰色統計分析中小企業導入RFID技術於供應鏈管理之評估

本研究是針對中小企業在面對RFID/EPC技術導入時，應考量之關鍵因素做深入探討。以供應鏈績效管理衡量指標，以及資訊系統導入的關鍵成功因素為依據，針對業界專家做初步意見調查，擬定出表單之各項評估準則與問卷設計，內容包含『企業策略與績效』、『交易環境因素』、『營運與組織績效』、『企業組織財務因素』和『資訊流與物流的整合程度』等五個構面及43項指標。應用灰色統計分析法的計算，以及依照指標的篩選程序，得到專家表單問卷之相關構面篩選及偏好，依照歸類值建立並篩選出專家意見的重要影響程度。之後整合所有的重要影響程度並依其分析結果，提供給中小企業在面對RFID/EPC技術導入時之參考依據，以期能夠降低導入技術時的摸索成本，以及減少可能產生的風險。

The study aims at discussion on some key factors when SMEs deal with importing of RFID/EPC technologies. Base on the supply chain performance evaluation model and critical success factors for information systems, we have interviews with experts of the field to make an evaluation draft and also the questionnaire which concludes 5 aspects and 43 criteria. According to the selection process of the criteria, we have the relevant aspects and preferences for questionnaire design. After survey, we use gray statistical analysis to do the calculations. The classification value is established to determine the importance level of the affecting factors. The result can be used as a reference when SMEs need to import RFID/EPC technologies, and expect to decrease the discovering costs and risks it may bring at the primary stage.
